This week, you will wet your diaper in front of a mirror. If you want, you can wear pants instead. But... if you're curious about diapers and haven't worn them yet, now is a sign that you should start.

Put on the diaper, and when you know you really have to go, stand in front of the mirror. Wear only the diaper and a shirt (if you want). But don't wear pants over the diaper. Watch yourself wetting the diaper. See what you look like standing up, wearing a diaper, wetting it completely. See this image, accept it, know that it's you.

You are standing here and wetting yourself. Then, don't change out of it right away. Continue doing whatever you were doing for the next hour or so. Every few minutes pass in front of the mirror again and see yourself. See how you're walking around in your wet diaper. See how normal it looks.

Maybe it's embarrassing, but it also feels somehow normal. Maybe it's not even embarrassing, maybe it's purely comforting.

Keep walking past the mirror, just to see yourself in a wet diaper, doing everyday tasks. Then, when you're ready, you can change yourself into a new, fresh diaper, and put on clothes over the diaper.

Even though I don't own my diapers yet, I'll practice getting this feeling in my undies as a starting point. :)

did it. it helps so much see myself in the mirror knowing that the person in the mirror is me, it’s me it’s me and that person wears a diaper and needs a diaper and can’t go without one. wearing diapers is what someone like me needs and always gonna need no matter what. knowing and accepting that there’s no escape from diapers and it’s ok to give in and wear them and most of all fully and totally use them in all the ways is helpful thank you hypo mommy this toddler knows her place

sometimes wonder what makes it happen, why somebody ends up having to go back to diapers, what causes it in a person. What do you all think? why does it happen?
