A clandestine organization has for years struggled to create the perfect super soldier, but they've finally done it! They have begun training a batch of students to be the ultimate weapons--these soldiers will be bigger, stronger, more lethal...BETTER than a regular soldier in every way imaginable. So why is it that Soldier Rho is so scrawny? Sure she makes up for it with her ferocity on the sparring mat, but the question intrigues the Director.

But he's not the one who discovers the answer. Rather it is a rival and fellow female student. See Rho's genetics just needed a little jumpstart before the focused on making her bigger and better than any of the female...or male soldiers.
