Ted always called her fantastic. Amazing. One-of-a-kind.

Stacy was starting to realize that it was true.

She had never seen a pregnancy as advanced as hers. Even when she browsed pictures and videos on the Internet, no one came close to her size. She was truly unusual. There was something…unprecedented about this whole scenario. Stacy supposed that was just what happened when you consumed unidentified drugs meant for livestock.

She was truly massive. Her belly resembled a boulder, squashing against her in any position. It tremored frighteningly as she clutched it, her face red.

She just tried to endure it. She was growing Ted’s kids. Ted’s many kids, by the looks of things. She wouldn’t let anyone intervene or take this away from her. From them. Soon they would be a family. That was all that mattered. She could endure this.

She couldn’t walk on her own anymore; Ted was more present and attentive than ever before, helping her to shuffle between the kitchen, the living room, the bathroom, and the bed. She would grunt and groan, every movement proving strenuous for her. But she was determined to push onwards. It was part of what Ted loved about her.

Most of the time, he was taking her from the bedroom to the kitchen, her massive belly perched heavily against her lap, making her thighs go numb, as she did her best to shift and get a little circulation going. The chair would creak, and she would whine out, Ted hurrying over to rub her quavering orb. He would watch her lovingly as she shoveled food into her mouth. He was so adoring, so in love with her. After all, who else would do all this for him? Who else was capable of carrying this many babies?

“You’re fucking amazing,” he would say as he kissed her all over.

She was always breathless and flushed, always sleek with sweat. She tried to be grateful even when she felt fatigued, overwhelmed, and truly tight. Stacy always did her best to wear a smile.

And yes, she was starting to think of herself as “Stacy” these days. “Jade” seemed like a different person. Someone in the past who was dull, alone, and empty. Oblivious of how much she was lacking. Stacy was so much more. Her life was full, and so was she.

Ted’s friends hardly came over anymore. Stacy had convinced Ted against letting them in, explaining that they made her uncomfortable. And he didn’t fight her on it, as he might have in the past. He was becoming a better partner – a better person, in general.

Jesus,Stace,” Ted muttered one afternoon at the bedside while Stacy was red and tense, her hand squeezing his.

It was another growth spurt. “Errrgghhhhh…” she groaned as her belly rose like dough, heaving higher as it pulsed and expanded, towering over her.

When it finally ended, Stacy gasped as she dropped back on the pile of pillows she was propped against. She struggled to breathe, her stomach rocking and her breasts jiggling. If she thought she could lift her hands, she would have cupped her chest, her breasts swollen and aching, round and full with milk.

Her hands were always looking to cradle and soothe some part of her straining body. But at that moment, they laid on the bed, exhausted. Stacy always felt boneless after the growth spurts. She grunted, then milk started to gush against the massive T-shirt stretched over her chest, her cheeks flushed as she continued to pant.

Ted rubbed her soothingly, hands moving in circles on her belly, but there was just so much skin, so many spots of tension, itchiness, or movement. Sometimes she got spikes of pain at certain points, especially in her back and nipples. Other times, her belly button would bulge and wiggle, as one of her overgrown babies prodded at it from within.

“You okay?” Ted asked gently as he continued to stroke her.

“You’re not leaving?” Stacy asked compulsively. She seemed to ask it all the time, always paranoid that Ted would get up no good. That he would leave her side again for some job, hoping for easy money. But that wasn’t the life she wanted.

“Of course not,” he said.

“I’m not feeling well,” Stacy added.

“I’m right here, baby.”

Sometimes Stacy even felt too worried to fall asleep, lest she awoke, and Ted was no longer beside her, or in the apartment at all. She knew how intensely the police were surveilling him. If he got caught, their whole life together would be over. Why couldn’t this be enough for him? They had a great life together, and he had some investments they could easily live off of.

“Nrrgghh…” Stacy grunted as her belly quavered. She scrunched her face, willing the babies to calm down. She couldn’t handle another growth spurt, not so soon. Not at all, really. She was massive. Every day felt like she had reached capacity, but then the pregnancy just went on and on.

She couldn’t get up anymore. Not even with Ted’s help. They didn’t talk about it, they just accepted that Stacy had been stuck in bed for a couple of days, and probably would be until the pregnancy was over. Whenever that was.

Stacy was huge and each baby felt so large inside of her. It felt as though this should have been long over by now.

And sometimes she did feel on the cusp of — of something. She could feel her unborn children low in her body, deep in her pelvis, her insides twisting and clenching, sometimes quavering deep, wanting her to indulge and just release.

She wasn’t sure if it was possible, but Stacy wondered if she wasn’t somehow holding them in, on some subconscious level. Waiting until she was ready for this. Keeping them inside of her because she didn’t feel safe yet. She couldn’t trust Ted wholly. There was always a fraction of his focus elsewhere, scheming, and counting spoils he had yet to steal.

Stacy couldn’t do this. She needed to know that Ted was her guy. She needed him at her side for her sake and their kids’. She needed to know that this would work out in the long run.

The growth spurts were only getting more intense every day, her body expanding as though in rebuttal. Fighting against her refusal to give in and give birth. But Stacy — just — couldn’t.

By then her belly was bigger than the rest of her. It was a giant mass she was attached to, rather than the other way around. It was taking over, and Stacy was pinned there, beneath it, breathing and straining, trying to support its relentless expansion and the beings squirming inside of it.

She was at her limit. Maybe it was time to just talk to Ted, rather than trying to train him. Maybe he would be willing to hear her. Ted had not left her side in weeks, after all.

So finally, she voiced her insecurities. Her aversion to his lifestyle; his criminal enterprise. Would he be willing to give up all that, for her?

“I’m a family man,” Ted assured, kissing her forehead. “You come first, baby. It’s not even a question. All the other stuff is behind me. I’m ready to start a new life, with you.”

Stacy dissolved into tears. It was all she had ever wanted to hear. And it had been so easy. Ted’s reassurances made her feel as though she had wasted so much time worrying.

She whined as her belly puffed out, but then tightened abruptly. Ted’s eyes widened, his hand back to massaging the massive orb as it throbbed atop her, like a sleeping creature.

“I’m glad,” Stacy finally managed, faintly. She sniffled as she wiped tears away from her red eyes. Her face twisted as her abdomen quaked and strained, feeling as though it would burst right open. “Nrrgghhh…I hhope — you’re s-seriouss.”

“Of course I am, I love ya —”

“Because I have receipts,” Stacy gasped out.

Ted blinked, now looking closely into her eyes with an astonished expression. Like he thought he must have been misunderstanding her.

“That’s right,” Stacy said, struggling to maintain her composure as her belly quaked again. “I have dirt on you Ted, and you — aahhhhh — you are gonna do r-right by me! You’re gonna drop the theft, extortion, the…nghhhhhh…the m-money-laundering. You’re a doting father. You’re gonna be the b-best dad imaginable,” she choked out, more tears pouring down her cheeks.

She sucked in several long breaths, struggling to continue. “Because if you don’t Ted— I —annghhhhhhh!” she cried, arching against the pain, her belly contracting forcefully as her muscles spasmed. She tried to bear it, but she felt a heavy force pushing inside of her, shoving low as her hips as her pelvis tightened.

There was a gush of fluid. Stacy gasped for breath, realizing her water had broken. These babies were coming fast, and as desperate as she was to relinquish them, she was terrified. She groaned and fidgeted, her thighs quivering open as though on their own. Her nipples were absolutely gushing, soaking through the clothing and sheets that weren’t already saturated with her sweat or fluids. She could feel something straining and shoving through her, her opening stinging against something that was dauntingly wide. It was her first baby. God, its head felt huge!

Stacy howled in pain as another contraction barreled through her, causing the baby to shudder forward another fraction of an inch, spreading her wider, each stretch more painful than the last. She sobbed as she struggled to breathe, one of her hands reaching out to grip Ted’s wrist.

Despite her rapidly progressing labor, Ted just looked stunned. “Are you blackmailing me?” he said as he marveled at her.

Stacy was gasping while gazing dazedly at the ceiling. But she managed to meet Ted’s eyes again. “You bet your ass I am,” she said huskily. She was certain she looked insane.

Ted paled and swallowed hard. “I love you baby,” he managed, as he leaned down to kiss her temple.

“It’s coming, Ted,” Stacy choked out as her belly started to heave again. Her hips ached as she tried to spread herself impossibly wide, her loins bulging as she was stretched to an impossible circumference.

She threw her head back, screaming hoarsely.

The squalling wails of her newborn infant son joined in the chorus. Her insides writhed, as though in excitement.

Stacy knew she had a long day ahead of her.

But it was nothing compared to the lifetime she was looking forward to spending with Ted and their many children.

The End

Clever way of working the title back in. Rest in peace, Jade.
