1. Carrying Low. After coming to earth in an effort to save their species, aliens impregnate MC–in the wrong place. They inject artificial wombs into the host’s butt cheeks, as this area is muscular and fleshy, and have no organs already within them. The alien impregnators assume this to be humans’ incubation chambers for their offspring. MC is oblivious of why their butt is getting so big.

2. Smuggle. A scientist discovers a tiny alien specimen, and is trying to transport it back to his lab without confiscation by government agents. He injects it into the chest of his lab assistant without their knowledge, and studies MC's development as they continue to work within his small lab.

3. MC gestates alien babies (or eggs) in their breasts.

4. In a war-torn dystopian society, only four people have the ability to gestate children. They are kept pregnant constantly, and three are in the custody of the wealthiest sector of the world. The sector is under constant attacks and the breeders are under threat of capture by rebel forces as the word fights relentlessly over the control of the breeders.

5. MC stumbles upon a small alien creature. It is fleshy and warm, yet almost plant-like. It throbs and shrinks at times, but the only movement it really seems to make is a sucking type of action. One day it connects with MC's chest, and sucks their nipple. MC doesn't understand it, but over time, and with the creature's stimulation, MC's breasts start to swell. MC starts to lactate, and the creature grows plumper. MC soon finds themself to be the creature's only source of food. Nursing an alien leaves MC with a lot to juggle between their busy job and baffled fiancé.

6. "Monster Layer" After being impregnated during a hunt a Monster Slayer soon adopts a new bizarre lifestyle after finding out they can make a fortune selling monster eggs on the black market. Idea by Zaceria.

7. In his career, John likes to fuck his competition. Literally. He gets them pregnant and they get out of his way. Massive multiples pregnancy.

8. Ant Farm. 18-year-old MC has a set of small, lactating breasts, that are easily kept under control. But when one of MC’s science experiments goes wrong, MC ends up with a civilization of tiny beings inhabiting MC’s model city, and their energy source is, specifically, human breast milk. Just a few droplets a day. In fascination, and guilt, MC obliges them, but the civilization only grows, and things soon get out of hand.

9. Pigging Out. MC signed up for this. It's a little late to back out now. Pregnancy/multiple breasts/pig-person expansion.

10. MC and their fellow scientist colleagues decide to implant alien DNA into MC's abdomen because it is the only environment in which it can survive. The resulting growth is unexpected. MC proceeds with their life as normal, all while growing. Removal is the last thing they want to do, electing to keep the specimen safe, inside of MC, for their studies, as long as possible.

11. Brelly. MC is a bored rich socialite. Jaded, MC seeks out more and more depraved ways to get off. MC pays for a strange new procedure that involves cells being injected into their belly button, ultimately causing it to develop the sensation of a giant nipple. The procedure is successful, and the sexual pleasure is unmatched. Unfortunately for MC, there are unexpected side-effects as MC's navel pinkens, and MC's belly begins to expand.

12. The Program. MC enrolls in a program at a lab. In exchange for cash, MC is to test out medication. When MC starts developing extra nipples, MC drops out of the program and leaves. MC returns home and resumes their normal routine, but food has acquired a strange taste, and all six of MC’s breasts are progressively growing… (6 breasts and possible pregnancy).

13. Multiple Mammaries II

14. The Job. MC works as a pregnant stripper. The pregnancy part is the main appeal to the act, and MC caters to rich clients who are specifically interested in MC’s swollen body. MC’s employers at the strip club handle the costs and care associated with the pregnancy, and they strive to keep MC pregnant for as long as possible, even when MC’s well past due.

15. Henrick hardly survived his soulmate rejecting him. MC was the only person he could love, have children with, or experience true happiness with. It was all in the magic. Every person has only one soulmate, and when that bond is broken, it is devastating. Henrick survives life as a shell of a man, until one day he bumps into MC again. The mystical bond reignites. Now the hateful MC is experiencing growth and symptoms whenever Henrick is around, and nothing can stop the growing condition despite that the two can't stand each other.

16. Some sort of superhero expansion story, inspired by the Belly577's extensive Powerman-pregnancy comics that entertained us before deviantart was a thing, all the expansion superhero stuff on DA now and in my DA favs, and will taft's recent superhero submit-a-plot.  Why haven't I done a superhero story yet??
