Hey gang! The new upcoming Pikmin video is coming along smoothly and we're estimating the editing to be past the 75% mark. It shouldn't be too long now! We have done most of the hard work with filming the on camera shots, which included some scenes out in the woods. We think we've achieved quite a comfy look this time around, the final rays of nature's warmth before the winter.

Here's a few behind the scenes pics:

We had some technical issues with the outdoor shots and needed to return there for reshoots, but we were adamant about their inclusion so we did not give up! I guess it's not too bad to spend an extra day or two in the forest. Most of the shots will be indoors however, because it turns out it's quite cold outside, and it's harder to record good audio there. Who knew?

Current length estimate is about one hour and fifteen minutes. We'll be touching upon the four main Pikmin titles in their own sections, sadly we couldn't work Hey Pikmin in there even though it's a cool game that deserves more love. Can't win them all, I guess...

Anyway, here's a few stills from the video:

As usual, we want to thank you all for your patience and continued support. It means a lot, really. Wishing you all a happy and modestly spooky halloween!

(Also, we're closing in on Transparency's fourth anniversary. Gosh, that's a lot of years! We'll see what we're cooking up for it, keep your eyes peeled.)

I'm hyped. I sampled the first Pikmin a few week weeks ago after I played the demo for 4 and I was taken aback by how strong the lonely atmosphere is in that one. Shocked how Nintendo got real time strategy to work so well on a console back in the early 2000s. Can't wait to see what you have to say about it and the other three games!
