September Update on Upcoming Projects! (Patreon)

Hello, everyone!

We hope you enjoyed our last video about OutRun and Ferris Bueller. Despite us not having another video ready for September we've been hard at work getting more things out to you as soon as possible. It's been a pretty strange and tough year for us production wise and we're putting a lot of effort into making our output better and hopefully more consistent going forward. We've had to re-schedule a few things and have made up a plan that we're hoping will help us get things back on track. We especially want to thank all of you for sticking around while we've figured things out and made strides to produce more exciting stuff for you in the future!

Anyway, so what are we planning going forward you may ask? Since the last video, we've been working full-time on scripts and have three finished ones queued up for production. A fourth script about Pikmin is very close to completion and is planned to be the next video. If things go right, we will then work through video editing the script buffer concurrently with the writing of future episodes. We're hoping this will make our workflow a bit more efficient, primarily so we can have Kiki focus on finishing the Klonoa video and get it off our backs. A lot of work this last year has gone into that one monster project, which has meant less visible output on your end. We think all the hard work will show in the end, though.

So, as we said, the next video is planned to be about Pikmin. We're expecting to have it done within the next month and it will be a standard Transparency video a little bit under one hour in length. If you're familiar with Pikmin you might be able to predict some of the subjects that will be brought to the table, but we're also confident that there will be some fun surprises along the way. We might be a bit Pikmin-ed out after having to record footage from all four games and thinking about them for the better part of two months, however that comes with the territory and we're excited to blurt out all those thoughts soon!
