Oh lord, what a trip it has been. If I have been quiet recently, harbor no doubt that it's purely because this beast took every waking minute to finish. Quite easily my most complex piece to date, because although I've worked in monochrome before, I've never had to fit in so many little compositional details and make them work together in a way that felt organic.

HOWEVER, I am so, so proud of how this piece finally came out and that was largely thanks to the feedback of the author who commissioned this - SD Simper - who was not just a delight to work with, but also as clinically nitpicky about details as I am, which made for a very intense and gratifying process.

To give you some background about the piece:

The characters in this piece are Flowridia, a witch with a tender heart (front) and Ayla, a woman with enticing grace and a predatory smile (back), from Fallen Gods, a fantasy-horror series by SD Simper. I will not elaborate on the plot, but know that it is very gay and gritty and you should absolutely buy it here.

You can also find more info about the author on her website and support her on her Patreon page.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this piece, as well as if any of you have actually read (or plan to) the book that it came from!

Important: Please note that this is a Patreon exclusive piece until the author decides on a public release date, so do not share it beyond this page, please and thank you!
