This episode, personally, wasn't one of my favorites, I guess because ironically I don't usually like political/procedural shows, the reason I like Psych is that I look at it as more of a fun comedy rather than a procedural-comedy because of the characters, and so this episode hammered more down on the police side of things, and yeah Shawn still did his usual thing, but it felt to me a little restricted, like he had to do everything by the book and that's not usually how I like seeing Shawn. I think even the show said they could've done better with this ep. But that's not to say it was a bad ep, I'm glad you enjoyed it! The actress who played Priscilla (Keegan Tracy) has appeared in S2 of SPN, you probably remembered her from that, or from some other projects she did like Once Upon a Time, Battes Motel, Battlestar Galactica, Final Destination 2 etc. Fun tidbit: James Roday and Michael Weston (Hornstock) both appeared in The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), you should hear Roday's southern accent.😂

The episodes are going to get better and more fun. :)

Dang, I totally forgot about her in BSG. Kind of cool we have 2 BSG alums (2nd being Doc Cottle)

Jennifer Lundstrom

The guy who played the angry meteorologist was also in Supernatural! He played Ed Brewer in S4 Monster Movie.

One of my favorite things about Psych are the tribute/parody episodes. They actually did a remake of this episode in season 8 episode 3. (Curious if you've seen that one, Flev Dorin) I have watched them back to back, and I think I prefer the remake, but there are some aspects of this episode that I find funny.

Keegan Tracy was also in Supernatural S4 the monster at the end of this book- she was the publisher with the tattoo.

I've seen this show 9 times over, so yeah I've seen that ep. I just didn't wanna mention it cause it was kind of a spoiler for John. That ep was, so-so for me, it probably was better because it was more "colorful", but thing is, much like another ep from that season, I was tad annoyed that this was the last season and we are wasting eps on this stuff when we should focus on wrapping up the show. That was just a nitpick, so yea I guess it was a little better, but still not enamored with that ep either. P.S.: Having said that, I can appreciate the show owning to their imperfections and trying to rectify them in a creative way.

ugh. I didn't think about spoiling it for John. Sorry, John! I hear what you mean about season 8. I've watched this show so many times, I've lost count.

Whats so great about this episode is later on, when they remake it in an episode 8, brilliant and hilarious
