I think my favorite line of this song is Suga’s “loving myself is often harder than loving someone else.” I have several people in my life I genuinely love and would do anything for and place a lot of my own value in taking care of. (Which can be both a good and bad thing) But that line rings really true for me and also reminds me to think about the way I love other people. Including theirs flaws, fuckups, and with a certain level of forgiveness and also accountability. And remind myself that’s the way I should love myself. I know y’all making some of the same points. I do just appreciate how BTS talks about self love on that level and not just like a spa day. 😝

It’s such a great Bts song..My favorite Bts songs that aren’t title tracks are love myself answer and magic shop..As always, I love your reaction and thanks for checking the song out💜I love Bts b side songs.If Greg enjoys these types of songs I recommend he check out magic shop, paradise, sea, 13430, stay gold, Jamais Vu by bts and seesaw and so far away ft suran by suga..So if you ever want to make a video of love yourself lyrics or deep lyrics from Bts, there you have them😂 of course you don’t have to react to all of these if you aren’t able to so, if you can’t I still think you should check it out on your own time(off camera).I think you and Greg would like those songs from bts. Also I thought you guys were joking about Greg having a knife in his hand, later on when I noticed he had a small knife in his hand I got surprised.😂

Lol Greg is the kid from the “What do you have??” “A KNIFE!” “NO!” video. It’s kinda serendipitous you reacted to this today because it was just announced —literally an hour ago—- BTS won the 2020 UNICEF INSPIRE Award for their efforts and contributions through their LOVE MYSELF campaign. This song is a beautiful encapsulation of what they worked toward expressing with the LY album series. Greg if you loved this one you would love “Epiphany”! It’s a Jin solo and the intro track from the album this song is on!

Aww I love BTS' Love Yourself era. People always joke about how you'll find BTS at a time when you need them and for me it was kinda true. I knew about BTS before but didn't get into them until I hit a rough patch in my life and I heard a song from this time period. I started listening to more of their songs and here we are. They helped me through a lot and are still helping me through it (and they'll never know it haha). They've got a bunch of other songs with good messages so I'm sure others will recommend more to you guys lol

Such a great BTS song, been an army since I guess predebut watching these boys and I have to say when I heard this song live at their concert it really hit me hard. I mean I was an obvious mess the entire time, every time I see them live I cry, but the love myself era just have a special place on my heart. As a 30 year old into kpop for almost 11 years I can say that BTS is one of the only kpop groups that have truly changed me on a deeper level due to their lyrics. One day when you guys hopefully react to the song Epiphany and read those lyrics you will get where I’m coming from. Even though I’ve been a fan of them soo long and love all their music past and present that song from the love myself era will stick with me till I die, literally because I have it tattooed on me now lol
