"Yes, that would be dark" is the single most hilarious dub translation I've heard in animes to this day. This line has stuck with me over the years and I think nothing will ever top it lol

Honestly after Light had memory taken about death not and all that stuff. I think the show is not as engaging, it feels meandering and just the company corportate stuff with another Kira is just , feels like filler and the tone with Matsuda and Misa its just feesl bleh lol. The only saving grace is L's internalizing and testing Light and light being a boy scout atm. I just feel the show lost its edge and tension , for whatever reason
