The bubble girl scene was a bit off.... also "Her design comes from the winner of a hero design contest for fans, rather than being one of Horikoshi's own." The first half with villain's was amazing tho.

How do you guys decide whether to watch in sub or dub? The main reason I ask is subs are very difficult to follow on stream along (I'm already looking away from the screen to try and watch your reaction; if I'm also trying to heavily watch the screen to catch subtitles it makes stream-alongs essentially worthless. (the main reason I ask is code geas is my absolute favorite anime, but trying to keep up with both the sub and the watch along has made greg's reaction entirely unwatchable for me)

Why not try and sync up your dub with their reaction it might help.

@wai it’s not so much a matter of syncing up. Catching all the dialogue requires visual focus and attention. If I’m focusing on the screen to read subtitles, I miss a lot of their facial expressions; which are the vast majority of their reaction

Excited to get back into it. Even in the manga the Big Sis Mag backstory threw me since there was barely any focus on her before but it got real very quick after that which is cool. It was dope seeing Overhauls quirk but I enjoyed Shigaraki turning that guy to dust in seconds

Ahhhh haha interesting. Not gonna lie, still a bit thrown by Sir Nighteye's fetishy tickle punishment, but I guess it's cool a fan got their design in there! Definitely with ya on the villain side tho - excited to see what they're developing with Overhaul!

We can expound upon this in the Q&amp;A if you'd like (or feel free to submit another question if this response is satisfactory &amp; you don't care to hear it in a verbal, expanded fashion lol), but generally we choose based on a few factors. Usually we check in with you guys before starting a show to gauge the general interest. Sometimes the dubs come recommended (as with Death Note &amp; FMA:B), or specifically NOT recommended (in the case of Hunter x Hunter, it was pretty unanimously agreed upon that the dub is.. not great). Others that hover more in the middle are kinda dealer's choice + the feedback (Titan, One Punch, MHA). Going off what Wai wrote above - would you be able to switch the audio track when streaming along? Since the time code would theoretically be the same, just different words to follow along with.. and at least some loose guidance from the subtitles. Either way, apologies for any inconvenience. We've got a fair amount of folks who seem to enjoy the subs here, but I can definitely see what can make that a problematic stream. 😣

Somehow this is so much more fascinating lol - although kinda cool I guess that they never called attention to her gender. To the point, though, LOVED that whole first half with Overhaul and the League. Very excited to see how Overhaul &amp; Shigaraki foil one another as time goes on..
