First, good memory John, t’was me. Second, did you not watch the brilliant Battlestar Galactica remake?? The goddess playing Molly was Tricia Helfer who played Number Six!!! Sci-fi legend Shame...lol

I hate you so much for figuring it out right away! 😂I was blindsided and it made this one of my favorite episodes at the time

Maybe it’s because I first saw this when I was like 17 years old but I remember the twist caught me off guard in the end which made it so memorable for me! Now watching it back, it’s a good episode but not one of my favorites. I think the actress who played Molly did a fantastic job. And I feel you on that montage recap at the end, it wasn’t terrible imo, it just went on waaaay too long. This is why I have problems with 22 episode shows. There’s always a risk of filler material. Season 3 is only 16 episodes, but that’s because of the writer’s strike.

Yesss haha, victory!! 🤓 And noooo, I actually have yet to see any Battlestar in any form that's not just a TV ad of some kind 😅 Cleary I'm going to have to educate myself haha. Does knowing Katie Sackhoff count?!?

Hahaha sorryyyy 😅😂 it's a pretty well-handled twist either way, I guess we've just had our cynical eyes trained toward all the li'l telling details haha. Either way, still dug this one quite a bit!

2021-07-15 05:12:03 I can definitely see that! I still think it's a good twist & well-handled. G-Train is just that perceptive sometimes 😝 I think either way it's definitely a memorable one - and agreed, Tricia Helfer was great in this!! I guess her body of work spans well beyond this. And yeah haha, the montage was a bit excessive, I definitely share a certain amount of that weariness when it comes to the longer seasons. One thing I do appreciate the change in media for these days - a lot more stories contained to 10 - 13 rather than 22 - 24. I do like when it allows for special one-offs and things like that, but... yeah, not so much the filler when it pops up. Curious to see how season 3 feels at 16!

When I saw this I knew who Tricia Helfer was so her not being scratched or visibly hurt just seems like a "hey we got a really big guest star that was the pull of this episode in the trailers so yeah let's make her highly recognizable at all times". So I actually didn't see it coming and that post recap thing was crucial IMO to hear those conversations in a different context now. I think it was cool and I remember definitely needing a bit of time to absorb that and the little montage replaying those scenes helped solidify everything. It made the end quite emotional. I was younger back then maybe now as a 30 year old man I would've predicted her being a ghost but I think it was still handled well. Most reactions haven't seen it coming though! I think you might be the first to do it that I've seen. And I've seen an embarrassing amount of reactions to this show 🤣
