Thanks for the question, ADELIA CHAMBERLAIN!!!

Full Question Is:

Why am I crazy for using binge-watching Game of Thrones as an emotional reset after Endgame?  In all seriousness, do you think that binge-watching television shows has improved the viewing experience or ruined it?  I find it more convenient and engaging than watching week to week, personally.

Does Binge Watching TV Improve Or Ruin The Experience?!

Thanks for answering my question, guys! You made some really good points about the pros and cons of the binge-watching culture and I really appreciate you sharing them with us. I really think the best thing about the binge-watching culture that streaming services have created is that it's shortening the length of seasons. Having to invest in twenty-two or more hours per season is pretty time consuming whereas ten or thirteen is much more manageable. It means I'm more likely to give the show a chance instead of passing over it because it'll take too long to watch all of it.

Improves it...if you hate waiting for the next episode

No problem, dear! Glad you enjoyed the video :) and that's a great point you bring up as well! I think some shows still feel at home with 24 episodes, but in large part I do think that bing culture has helped storytelling to get more-involved and more-focused. I find it funny because back in the day I used to think it weird that shows from abroad would be so short, but now that 8 - 13 episode mark seems like a sweet spot.
