What we are going to assume is the mid season finale because it's down to the FINAL MATCH!!! 

The show continues to subvert expectations and still deliver the goods...can't wait to see where the show goes after this episode!

Yeah this episode does a good job of making the audience feel the way Bakugo does. Everyone saw the title and figured this would be THE fight, in the same way that Bakugo thought it would be his moment to prove he's the best. Going away from that in favor of continuing Todoroki's character arc is a bold move, but one that makes a lot of sense. It works as a good way to conclude the event, while being a great transition into what the second half of the season is going to be about.

That's a great way of putting it! Really been appreciating the way this season has been pairing the HUGE battle sequences with equally gripping and intense character developments. Can't remember the last time I felt such a weird mix of emotions after such an epic showdown. Really excited to see how this informs the second half of the season moving forward!!

Bakugo's character arc is one of the best in this show. Without spoiling it, you will really feel for his character by the end of season 3.

I've heard a couple people say this and it's definitely gotten me curious about where his character's going to go. So far I've found him to be amusing, albeit pretty one-note, so I'm very much looking forward to seeing how he develops moving forward!
