Everything relates back to how many videos he's made and how many followers he has, him him him...this is his immediate response. :| No respect for the victim. He should have never uploaded it. And yeah, all of that suicide help stuff feels like a weird disingenuous afterthought

Seems like there were tiny fleeting moments where he seemed genuine, but then the egomaniacal attention seeker remembered he was making a vlog. I'm glad you guys posted this though. People need to see how full of shit those brothers are. I was just as nervous and annoyed watching the video. I doubt the guy made a sincere apology, gotta look for it.

I understand this off-the-wall persona is something he puts on for entertainment's sake (hopefully), but this was by far and away not the time or place for it. My introduction to Logan Paul was his apology video. I always try my best to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I sincerely hope he treats this as an opportunity to reevaluate. That being said, the less composed side of me wants nothing more than to smack that boy upside the head with a dictionary. What an utter dumbass.

Completely agree. It's fucking ridiculous that he chose to even upload it or try to make an entertaining video out of it. The most frustrating part was everytime he tried to do like an insert of "Get help" or "Suicide Awareness" seemed so artificial and the fact that he completely lacked awareness on the entire process from filming to editing then uploading is astounding

We put up a Reaction on youtube to the "So Sorry" video - I dunno, it's quite conflicting to be honest. The compassionate side in me wants to believe he meant it. We've done and said stuff before where we've apologized, but this is HUGE what he did. And there's a whole process of examining footage and assembling a video where he should've been more aware so it's hard to tell if even his apology was real

haha this sums up our feelings pretty well on the subject. I would love for nothing more than the man to make a genuine change and for it to truly show in his personality. It's more than just "how you come across." For a person to have done this whole video and decide to edit & upload it, that takes a lot of reevaluation - especially for this man who already seemed to have not a great reputation.

To even try and pretend that he was raising awareness for suicide victims is completely sickening. Also people can’t even imagine how disrespectful this is to Japan as a country. Suicide is a very shameful tragedy in Japanese culture and consequently very private, and for this victim’s family to have been dragged into this controversy by a ignorant American idiot posing as a moron posing as a youtuber ....is just unforgivable. Personally I can’t believe the way he reacted to seeing it - could he really be so detached from humanity? How was he not horrified?Anyone in their right mind would have immediately turned the cameras off. Like immediately. My stepson watches his brother all the time and I’m really anxious now about the kinds of things he might be seeing. It kills me that our kids are looking up to these morons as role models.

2021-07-15 05:46:07 Completely agree! You bring up a great point about Japanese Culture - how it's a tragedy & very private, yet he's making a mockery of it. It really seemed like in the video he was excited that he found the dead body cause "this will make a great video" kind of thing. He shouldn't have been there to begin with and once he saw the body, he should've stopped recording immediately. There was no need to keep making a video on it. And I agree - the twitter apology seems worse than the vid apology

You know whats weird about this whole thing. He is still going to put out videos ,make his millions and Youtube isn't going to do anything about it. He'll try some PR shit to make himself look good and his fans will gobble it all up. This whole incident revealed himself as a person .Hope people learn from this and Youtube suspends his account.

Yeah, I watched Phillip DeFranco's recent video talking about him, and the dude still went up like 80k subscribers after the video was posted lol. So nothing is gonna change for the guy. Hopefully he does though
