This is an archived podcast, the 4th of the Muay Thai Bones series that hadn't yet been entered into Patreon until now. At this point we are all the way up to episode #14, but we're back logging, adding older episodes so they will be available to Patreons who may have missed them before they were available by subscription. If you'd like to see all the Patreon Muay Thai Bones posts you can see them here. All the Muay Thai Bones podcast are available on YouTube, but the audio versions are only available to patrons, either for download or by subscription. New Muay Thai Bones podcast soon!

These older episodes are in lower audio quality, as were working on the technical side of things back then. Episodes 1-3 will also be archive added, just so the complete set of podcasts are available in audio.

Some good data in there. Sodium and Potassium are vital in buffering out body systems. Any deficiency of any core component can cause issues. I would add this to research: https://www.amazon.com/Good-Calories-Bad-Controversial-Science/dp/1400033462 And this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1RXvBveht0
