Mist smiled as he found himself back in the blackstone room with just Genie. “Silence, blessed silence.”

Genie snickered. “I figured you could use a moment to figure out where you wanted to go next without the peanut gallery or screaming munchkins.”

“I love my family but it’s a good thing I don’t have to sleep and have avatars,” Mist admitted as he walked over and held his hands out toward Genie. The last few months had been rather hectic between raiding dungeons for loot, experience and spells, building advanced magitech defenses for the town, creating a network of portkeys that the town’s merchants could use to get around without having to deal with monster infested roads and spending time with his friends and family watching the new munchkins.

Genie giggled as she stepped forward and pulled Mist into a hug. “I bet.” She let him free after a couple of seconds then stepped back. “Any ideas where you want to import the munchkins?”

“Somewhere I can import the army of munchkins at the same time?”

“I might have just the thing.” Genie gestured and brought a jump up on the wall. “It’s a Harry Potter jump based on a particular fanfic.”

“Partially Kissed Hero?” Mist asked warily as something about the name of the jump made him think that he should remember it. “What’s the catch?”

Genie snickered. “It’s basically your standard over the top fic where Dumbledore is secretly evil and Harry can do no wrong because he’s the hero.”

Mist scanned over the first paragraph of the jump document that talked about Moody being Dumbledore’s hitwizard and Dumbledore having a bunch of horcruxes. “Why in the hell would I want to have my family grow up here?”

“Because until the train ride in third year, the world seems normal enough. Sure, the Dursleys are worse than they were in other Harry Potter worlds but that really only affects the Jump’s version of Harry. We both know that you’ll end up killing Dumbledore and his minions before the end of the first week so it’s not like most of the story will even happen.”

“Point. Any particular reason you want me to go there?” Mist asked warily.

“Because I think watching you kill the annoying and overly evil Dumbledore would be amusing?”

“What do I get out of it?” Mist asked absently as he scanned through the jump.

“You mean other than your 1,000 points?” Genie asked with a pout and a sparkle in her eye.

Mist looked down his nose at Genie. “Yeah, other than that.”

“I could toss in one of the hentai supplements and not tell people?” Genie asked with amusement.

Mist shook his head. “Are you trying to get me killed?”

“Only maimed a little,” Genie replied playfully.

“How are you going to work the background because everyone is getting imported as children?”

“Someone obviously drugged the adults with youth elixir.”

Mist raised his eyebrows. “Isn’t that stretching things?”

Genie shrugged. “At the end of the day, does it really matter? Technically you could just cast a spell and give everyone the proper memories or at least additional memories of growing up together so I don’t have a problem with tweaking the backgrounds a touch to make things easier. Are you going as a hero or villain?”

Mist frowned as he looked at the free hero perk that was at least partially suspect. “Villain, the capstone for the hero option is creepy as hell, I don’t need my personality distilled or whatever the hell that perk is supposed to do as I already have wandless magic and reality warping.”

“I don’t blame you, that whole bit about your subconscious controlling your magic to an extent reads more like a flaw to me than a bonus,” Genie agreed.

“Exactly. I think I’ll grab the venom immunity because it’s free and protects against luck curses then the research capstone because someone has to take it.”

“You’re avoiding the dark planning of doom perk?”

Mist gestured at the perk on the screen. “Considering it basically reads like you’re a cartoon villain that is always scheming with plans that can ‘never’ fail, obviously modeled after the guy I’m going to gank with maybe five minutes of work, yeah, I’d rather not have a perk turn me into a scheming idiot that can’t do shit without complicating everything.”

Genie figured he wouldn’t take it but asked to make sure, “And the convincing and soothing perk?”

“Much the same, I don’t need to be able to act to such a stupidly flawless degree that I forget how to be human.”

“Yeah, it’s pretty much Gary Stu mind control.”

“Do you mind if I just write up everyone’s build then try to sell it to the group?” Mist asked hoping that Genie wouldn’t object as he really didn’t want everyone picking up some of the creepy perks.

Genie snickered. “Let me guess, you’re trying to avoid people taking the hero background?”

“Considering it’s creepy as hell, yeah. At least the ‘villain’ option can be neutral and just comes with immunity to luck curses and general curse resistance.”

“Which is better than turning everyone into a Mary Sue with delusions of ‘goodness’ tossed in.”

“Pretty much,” Mist muttered.

“Go for it, I can’t guarantee that everyone will take your suggestions but I don’t have a problem running with your choices for the munchkins provided their mothers don’t object.”

“Thanks, speaking of details, I have a bunch of copies of my wand, do I need to use the return door and tape the extra wands to the munchkins or can we just import them for the munchkins?”

Genie snickered. “While that would certainly be amusing, it’s not required.”

“Thanks.” He went back to working on his build and the builds for his companions.

Wand Magic: [Free]

Malacaw Venom Immunity: [Free] You’re hard to curse, Jumper. Well, in a way. While normal curses like the Avada Kedavra or others affect you just as they would any other, curses that would work subtly, such as by bending your fate or affecting your luck just… slide off. This perfectly protects against attempts to curse you with bad luck or similar measures, and while this perk alone does not make you any more lucky than average it does not disable you benefiting from increased luck via other methods.

Evil Research: [300] Your abilities at finding esoteric bits of lore about magic, and then learning to use them, is nothing short of spectacular. Ancient spells, long lost potion recipes, rituals and techniques, it takes you little work to find them all, no matter how deeply they might be buried. It’s so easy for you to find these things in fact that you practically trip over them every other step, so long as you put in even a minimal effort to go looking for them. Even apart from the depth of your research the breadth is nothing to sneer at either. Journals and notes, coded or otherwise, are eager to reveal their secrets to you. You may trace part of a hieroglyphic to a few lines of a poem carved in a rock somewhere to a barely-formed ghost who knows a few rumors to a single memory hidden in a glass vial… but as long as it’s related to magic, you finding it is pretty much just a matter of time. Your skills aren’t limited to just knowledge either as you can locate long lost artefacts, ancient citadels and buried cities, whole fortresses and domains and items of vast and terrible power just as easily.

Protective Shield [300] It would be a shame if you fell under the sway of a certain character’s “charisma” and/or “convincing arguments”, so consider this a contextual immunity to the seeming reality warping effect of the local gary-stu in regards to twisting your mind, soul, or body.

Wand [Free] Imported.

Evil Wardrobe [Free] Who said evil couldn’t look good? You have a full wardrobe, done in dark colours, which highlight your inner evil on the outside. Black robes, leather boots and gauntlets with slightly disturbing appearances, so on and so forth. But one thing that is always true with them is that you always look very good in them. It might be a ‘sinister devil’ sort of handsome, or a ‘vile temptress’ brand of beautiful, but you look good.

Full Parade: [300] Import everyone with 500 points.

Local Companion: [200] Local Hermione, Tonks

Drawback:

Family Troubles: [100] You’re related to some interesting villains in history and it’s a bit embarrassing at family gatherings. At least Morgana Le Fey and Maleficent were competent villains, being related to Gargamel was just pathetic and embarrassing.

Genie looked looked over Mist’s build and his build for the rest of the companions. “You want me to create enough magical reagents for seventy plus nations and a bunch of items of legend?” she asked in disbelief.

Mist shrugged. “What else is there to grab?”

“Perks? Magical pets?” Genie asked hopefully.

“Other than the drop in stuff, I’ve got most everything covered at least until the end of the jump, speaking of extra points and perks, I want grind from Isekai.”

“I was sort of hoping you’d forget about that,” Genie replied playfully.

“Yeah, red mage please.”

“Noted, I’ll drop the list off with your companions and they can sort everything out.”

“Drop it off?” Mist asked in surprise.

“Technically, they get to spend their own points.” Genie smirked then vanished.

Mist had a sinking feeling importing the horde was going to bite him in the ass or at least the ankle.

Wand Magic: [Free]

Bit Character [Free] For the better or the worse, you have the power of staying away from the limelight. People tend to forget your name and face, even if their memories are perfect. Indeed, they tend to forget your existence, most times. Even if you’re right in front of their eyes, if you make even the slightest effort to conceal yourself you get a sort of SEP field around you, which makes gazes just pass over you.

Detect Bullshit [100] You can detect when people are trying to pull bullshit on you, metaphorically, literally, magically, etc etc. You know how they’re doing it, their general aim and reason for doing it, and their identity if it isn’t already obvious. You possess a general sense for whether or not they’re a patsy or the actual plotter, and whether they’re aware of it or not (if they are a patsy you will have to figure out who is behind them yourself). This does not give you any inherent ability to do anything about their bullshit mind you, but being aware is generally the first step in doing something to rectify the matter

Armored No More: [200] Many things in this world happen only because the plot wants them to happen, and characterizations, causality, facts and events are liberally rearranged and modified to allow them to happen. Not so around you, anymore. Faced with you, Plot Armor fails, and casual coincidences no longer are. No deus ex machina will save your enemy, and no long hidden measures will come to the fore in the face of your total victory just so tension can be preserved.

KFC Bucket: [Free] You can pull anything on a KFC menu out of the box, takes a bit to recharge after you pull a meal out.

Language Lozenges: [100] This is wooden case full of Lozenges. But beyond appearances, each of the lozenges comes in a wrapper that mentions a language on it. All you need to do is to pop one and suck on it till it’s gone completely, and this gives you the ability to read, write, speak and understand that language, all with native fluency. Right now it carries all the Earth languages, even the dead ones, and it updates every jump with all the languages that are still spoken and/or read. In addition, anyone who knows a language themselves may manifest a Lozenge in this box just by willing it, at which point it’s added permanently. Once a language has been added to the box, you may create Lozenges for it just by willing it.

Shinies: [100] These are a cupboard full of very pretty clothes for both males and females, with the associated accessories and jewellery. There are an infinite number in infinite varieties, enough for any number of people. You can give them away for free but can’t sell them. Attempting to profit from them makes anything sold suddenly look like rubbish, being less fashionable than a smelly potato-sack and just as uncomfortable to wear

‘Charm and Charisma’: [100] It’s almost like an aura surrounds you that turns everyone around you into drooling idiots who will do anything you say, although actually it’s just your natural charm. Grizzled old politicians will sign incredibly advantageous perks for you into law, girls will drop their pants for a few shinies and a potion that makes them beautiful, enemies will monologue out all their plans to you. It’s amazing, really!

Items:

Fairy Hedge: [100] Fairy Hedges are shrubs that surround sites important to the Faerie, which prevent everyone from crossing except the people who they want to let cross. You have a cutting, now. It already surrounds any Fiat-backed property you have, and you can plant more from the cutting. You may either choose some specific people or type of people to allow through them or deny access, or a specific Black/Whitelist, or any combination thereof. While it is possible to blast one’s way through this, it takes a lot of power, about half of what it would take to get past you if you were defending the place personally with your magic.

The Garden of your Mind: [300] The mind is a garden, didn’t you know? Yeah, it is. And you can see it now! This is an attachment to the warehouse, where you may, if you choose, manifest your whole psyche, personality, memories and all, as a garden. And people may make changes, just as a gardener works his/her garden! It’s not limited to you either, your companions may undergo the same experience, as may anyone else you shove in. It can accommodate up to four minds at a time. And while you and your companions must be willing for their gardens to manifest, random people you shove into it have no such protection. They can and will fight you magically and/or physically. Moreover, you can copy or transplant personality traits, skills or memories just by taking cuttings or moving the plants, not to mention cut away undesirable parts of personalities, exactly like how you would do in a garden.

Property-Mover: [200] A simple, staff-like device, this has a hemispherical cavity at one end, and is covered with runes and powerful spells. By touching the cavity to the ground in any place you own, be it through jump-fiat or acquired in-jump, you can shrink the property into a snow-globe sized, portable form, which you can then move freely. To place it back on the ground in its full size, you need to just put the globe back in the cavity and touch it to the ground in any area of sufficient size. Examples of property moved are greenhouses, manors, castles, farms and chunks of forest, up to and including mines and lakes.

Mist blinked as he woke up in an unfamiliar bed looking at a mess of red hair. It took a few seconds for his memories to sort themselves out. “The first day always sucks.”

Selena yawned as she sat up in bed, “What do you remember?”

Mist glanced at Selena’s overly large t-shirt that had a bunch of moving kittens on it. “I ‘remember’ raising a horde of children in a large house in Washington then having an ‘accident’ with a memory potion we were brewing that wiped out a fair amount of our magical education from this world, oddly selective now that I think about it.”

“I’m assuming that was just Genie trying to put everything together in a way that made sense and worked with the jump document.”

“Sense?” He asked as he sat up and glanced around the hotel room.

“Compared to some of the other crap in the wizarding world, it makes sense,” Abby pointed out sleepily from the other side of Selena.

“Point.” Mist smiled slightly as he noticed Abby’s shirt had ridden up enough to show off her cute and rather pale behind. ‘At least she’s not any younger.’ He pulled his attention off her butt and looked at the door as he heard someone approaching. He used his x-ray vision and looked through the door and smiled as he saw Sin walking up to the door in her birthday suit. “It’s open.”

Sin opened the door and walked in. “Can you turn on your wifi signal Boss, the hotel doesn’t have one.”

“That’s because it’s 1991, the internet barely exists.” Mist mentally turned on his wifi connection ability. “It’s on. What are you looking for?”

“The jump document mentioned Dumbledore being an evil psychopath, I’d like to read the original fanfic if I can find it so I know how to fix things.”

“That’s not a bad idea. Do you have a plan?” Mist asked curious what she was thinking.

“Go back in time and cut Voldemort’s throat with a soul stealing knife until it takes?” Sin asked with some amusement.

Abby yawned as she sat up. “That sounds suitably painful.”

Mist ‘remembered’ hearing that Voldemort had died on Halloween but the details were a bit foggy, mostly because his perfect memory perk didn’t cover the time before he woke up in each jump and because he’d grown up in America, Voldemort just wasn’t that important. “I guess that works, you’ll probably want to head back and kill him before someone mentions something they shouldn’t about the timeline.”

“Sounds good.” Sin turned and headed back to the adjoining room so that she could print off the Partially Kissed Hero fic.

Helen poked her head into the bedroom. “Jack ate the last of the bagels, when are we getting breakfast?”

Selena looked at her naked red haired daughter, it felt a bit weird, she remembered giving birth to her and nursing her and then they’d jumped and she ‘remembered’ everything all over again. She ‘remembered’ sending her off to school, taking her to a bunch of sporting events and throwing everyone various birthday parties over the years. Other than being a nudist and a witch, her new jump life had been interesting but not exceptional in a lot of ways. “Give me a couple of minutes to get my shower and get dressed then we can see what they have in the dining room.”

“Thanks Mom.” Helen turned and headed for her bag to grab some clothes and wake her sister up.

Selena smiled faintly as she watched her daughter rush off to get dressed. “I’m blaming this on Genie.”

“Probably fair.” Mist smiled as he pulled a change of clothes out of his inventory. “It’s nice to have an inventory again.”

Abby yawned as she sat up and stretched her arms over her head. “Do we have a plan?”

Mist pulled his shirt on then looked at Abby. “More or less.” He pulled the covers off then pulled his pants on over his boxers. “The first step is feeding the horde then we can take stock of everyone’s abilities and do some shopping in the alley.”

“That’s it? What about the fact that Dumbledore is evil?” Abby asked with disbelief.

“The jump document implied that everything more or less followed the books for the first two years, at least on the surface. That means that spending the morning shopping in the alley should be safe enough as long as we don’t do anything too weird. Do you want to tell the children they can’t go to Diagon Alley? They’ve been looking forward to seeing the place for weeks.”

Selena sighed as she realized that the children would revolt or at least cry. “He’s got a point.”

Sin smirked as she found the story she was looking for. “Gotcha!” She used her literary ability and ‘read’ it then shouted, “Son of a bitch!” as she realized the world they’d dropped into was more fucked up than she’d thought.

Heather blinked sleep from her eyes as she twisted around on the pullout bed and stared at Sin. “Why are you shouting?”

Mist stood up and ran to the door to see what Sin was shouting about. “What’s up?”

Sin turned to look at Abby’s daughter, “Sorry pumpkin, there’s just something I need to take care of.” She swapped back to her normal form then turned to look at Mist as she pulled her copy of the Nanban mirror out of her inventory. “If everything goes well, I’ll be back in a few hours Boss.”

Mist blinked as Sin activated the mirror and vanished before he could object. “This can’t end well.”

Helen asked, “When did Auntie Sin become a metamorph?”

“A while ago,” Mist muttered as he walked over to Sin’s laptop to try to figure out what had set Sin off enough that she’d used the Nanban mirror to go back in time without bothering to get dressed or discuss it.

Voldemort crept toward the cabin his servant had told him about, not that he would have admitted to creeping but that was what he was doing. He wanted the boy dealt with before he could grow up and become a threat but at the same time, he was half expecting a trap of some kind. He blinked and stopped in his tracks as a gorgeous naked red haired woman appeared out of thin air holding a red hand mirror. He briefly considered binding her for his minions to enjoy then decided that his goal was too important to get side tracked. He brought his wand up and whispered, “Avada Kedavra.”

Sin absently noticed the glowing magical aura over an empty piece of property as she spun and twisted out of the way of the green blob of energy coming her way. She glanced at his dark robes and smiled as an idea came to her. “Sweet, do you know where I can find the costume party?”

Voldemort blinked as the woman asked a question that made no sense then slashed his wand with a cutting hex only to stare as the hex fizzled and failed as it touched her. “What?”

Sin focused her gaze on Voldemort and suppressed his magic so he couldn’t apparate out or use a portkey to escape. “Is something the matter?”

Voldemort slashed his wand and stared in shock as nothing happened. “What did you do?”

“Do? Why would I have to do anything?” Sin asked ‘innocently’. She moved her index finger around in a circle near her temple. “You’re the one dressed like a magic user that is waving a stick around like it’s a magical wand.”

Voldemort waved his wand furiously trying to get it to work. “I’m going to kill you!”

“Woah, dude, chill out. You’ll poke someone’s eye out with that thing!” She pitched her voice loud enough that the Potters should be able to hear her.

Voldemort screamed in rage and charged her hoping to disrupt whatever ability she was using.

Sin waited until he got close enough then lashed out with a brutal front kick to his groin. She grabbed Voldemort by the neck as he bent forward. “Your mother was a rapist and your father an idiot, how the hell you had even a sliver of talent, I’ll never understand.”

James walked out of the house with his wand held at the ready. “What is going on here?”

She placed her left hand on Voldemort’s forehead then closed her fingers around his throat and ripped it out letting him fall to the ground. “I’m killing Voldemort before he kills you.”

James stared as the life faded from Voldemort’s eyes. “How did you find the place?”

Sin took a step back and turned slightly so that she could keep her attention on Voldemort and James at the same time. “I knew the general location of your cabin. Wormtail told Voldemort the location of your house, hoping that he’d spare you and Lily and just kill Harry.”

“Wormtail betrayed us?” James asked in shock.

“Yeah well, he wanted to be on the ‘winning’ side. Either way, we have a bigger problem, Dumbledore is an evil dark lord which means that we need to get your family to someone safe, like America.”

“You’re saying that Dumbledore is evil?” James asked in disbelief.

“Yep, don’t worry, I have proof.”

James wasn’t sure he believed her but at the same time, something had gone wrong with the protections if Voldemort was here. “Where would we go?”

Sin opened her mouth to say anywhere then changed her mind as she realized that ‘her’ James and Lily had never been completely square with her about why they’d moved out of England with Sirius, Remus and their family. “I have a couple of ideas.”

James asked, “Aren’t you cold?”

“Not particularly, why are my nipples hard?” Sin asked with amusement.

James blushed slightly. “Ah, no comment.”

Sin snickered. “Do you mind if I send Voldemort’s body to the Ministry or do you want to run some tests first?”

“Let me cast a couple of spells first.” James wanted to make sure that the dead man was actually Voldemort before he invited her inside to talk with Lily about moving somewhere safer.

Sarah frowned slightly as she studied her normally energetic sister that was rather calmly eating her ice cream cone while their older cousins were getting another set of school robes in the shop behind them. “Is there a reason you’re not jumping up and down like a crazy person?”

Pandora glanced away from the rather cute girl walking by their table. “Because I’m not crazy unlike Leah?”

Leah finished licking her ice cream cone. “I’m not crazy, I’m just excited about school. I mean, it’s an actual castle with moving staircases, ancient libraries, secret passages and everything.”

“I guess I’m just not ready for summer to be over.” Pandora glanced over at the bookstore where her father was helping her mother and aunts buy a copy of just about every book the shop carried. As much as she liked her siblings she’d rather be helping her father ‘loot’ the bookshop but someone had to watch the kids. Despite her new memories, she still occasionally thought of her siblings and cousins as munchkins or babies which felt a bit weird because she remembered growing up with them. She was hoping to get her memories sorted out before Hogwarts started and she had to worry about the Slytherins and classes.

Sarah turned to look at her half brother who was eating his ice cream cone while he watched a group of giggling girls walk past. “What about you Jack?”

Jack looked up from his vanilla ice cream cone. “What about me?”

“Are you excited about school?”

“I’m looking forward to learning magic but I have a feeling we’re going to run into trouble with some of the purebloods.”

Pandora laughed. “You do realize we outnumber them right?”

Jack frowned slightly as he thought about what had happened with the group of bullies that had decided to pick on his cousin Melinda, the entire clan had marched over to the local park with nice heavy sticks and beat the shit out of them when they wouldn’t leave. “There is that.” He turned to look as Ashley and Julia walked out of Madam Malkin's. “Did you find robes you liked?”

Julia smiled at Jack. “Like is a strong term for the school robes but we found some we can tolerate.”

“For a given value of tolerate.” Ashley glanced around. “Where are we going next?”

Sarah glanced at Pandora. “Any ideas?”

“Let’s check out the junk store to see what we can find.” Pandora turned and started walking down the alley toward the junk shop. If nothing else, picking up more scans would come in handy.

Sin felt like stabbing the death eater she was following on general principle for not even looking behind him once as he stalked through Knockturn Alley toward the dive where he was meeting a couple of his fellow death eaters. Of course, Rabastan wasn’t in costume and she was invisible but that was hardly any excuse not to be aware of your surroundings. She slipped in behind him then carefully made her way through the dark and rank bar to the back room. She followed him into the room then stepped to the side so the door could close. She glanced at Bartemius Crouch Jr who was pacing then over at Bellatrix who was sitting on Rodolphus’s lap with an angry look on her disturbingly young looking face.

Bartemius glared at Rabastan. “What did you find out?”

“My contacts at the Ministry think it’s his body,” Rabastan answered with annoyance.

Bella glared at Rabastan. “Who killed him?”

“They don’t know, something ripped his throat out and dropped his body on the Minister’s desk with a note on it without being seen by anyone. I couldn’t even find out what the note said,” Rabastan complained as he took a seat.

Bartemius snorted. “He’ll be back, we just need to find out what they did with the body and wand.”

“We’ll just have to torture it out of them,“ Rodolphus agreed.

“Dark Magic,” Bellatrix spoke up happily.

‘Crazy bastards.’ Sin focused her gaze on the four of them so they couldn’t use magic then reached out and wrapped the room in magical silence so that no one outside of the room could hear them in case they screamed. She hit Bartemius and Rastaban with a stunner each.

Bellatrix drew her wand as she jumped off her husband’s lap then conjured a shield or at least tried.

Sin caught Bellatrix with telekinesis as she slammed a stunner into her and Rodolphus. ‘That was easier than I thought it would be.’ She frowned slightly as she realized she couldn’t just toss them in her mind garden because it was part of the warehouse. ‘Damn it, I’ll just have to scan it when I get back so I can make my own version that’s portable.’ She floated Bellatrix over to the other chair then looked at the other three unconscious Death Eaters. She focused on Barty’s arm where she could feel his dark mark. ‘Hmm, if you die heroically without a dark mark, your father will probably become the next minister, not that it really matters with Dumbledore around but at least you won’t be Fudge.’

She walked over, knelt down and put her hand on Bartemius’ dark mark and started siphoning the magic out of it. She smiled as the mark faded and vanished after ten seconds of her stealing its magic. She smiled as she stood up then walked over and worked on draining Bellatrix’s dark mark. ‘At least you’re attractive, in a creepy sort of way.’ She glanced over at Barty, ‘You have a decent amount of magic for a wizard.’ She glanced back at Bellatrix. ‘You need something to focus on other than dark magic.’ She pulled a copy of Pandora’s generous donation glove out of her inventory then walked over and put it on Rastaban’s hand. She grabbed his wand then took a couple of steps away from the Death Eater. “Enervate.”

Rastaban lurched to his feet. “Who are you?”

Sin held him in place with telekinesis. “Imperio.”

His eyes glazed over as the spell took hold.

“Give Barty all of your magic with the gauntlet.” Sin shivered slightly as Rastaban walked over and started giving his magic to Barty. ‘Maybe there was something to the imperius defense because your mental defenses suck. At least your magic won’t go to waste when I kill you.’ She waited until Rastaban transferred the last of his magic to Barty then said. “Hand me the glove.”

Rastaban took the glove off then handed it to her.

“Stand in front of the wall and face me.” Sin pointed at an open section of wall. She waited until he walked over and turned to look at her then blasted a hole in his chest with his wand. She flicked the wand and cut his throat out then dropped the wand near his hand. “Good bye and good riddance.”

She turned her attention to Rodolphus. It wasn’t hard to repeat the process and force the wizard to donate his magic to Barty then kill him. From there, it was a simple matter to gender flip Barty with a spell she’d picked up in the Isekai world. It wasn’t as amusing as Mist’s gender twisting ability as her spell didn’t rewrite reality so that they’d always been the other gender but it worked well enough for her purpose. She pulled a cloning potion out of her inventory and hit Barty with it which created a naked copy of his female from. “You make a decently cute girl, sort of sick really.”

Sin spent a few minutes transferring memories from Bella and Barty to build the clone a basic personality and skill set then swapped Barty’s gender back. She pulled a bottle out of her inventory then used a spell to collect his sperm. She set the potion bottle on the table then put the glove on Barty, grabbed his wand and woke him up.

Barty scrambled to his feet. “What do you want?” He jumped back as he saw the unfamiliar and yet strangely familiar female on the ground. “Who is that?”

Sin held Barty in place with her telekinesis then hit him with imperio. “I want you to give your magic to Bellatrix.” She wasn’t terribly surprised when he didn’t manage to fight off the imperio as it had taken him a while to fight off his father’s spell in the books. She waited until he gave all of his magic to Bellatrix then reached out and snapped his neck with her telekinesis. “Best of luck in the next life.”

She floated his body over, grabbed the glove and stuck him in her inventory. She put the glove on the table then reached out with telepathy and carefully added a scene to Bellatrix’s memories of Barty challenging Rodolphus for her then him killing Rodolphus and Rastaban after they refused to honor the deal. After that she added a scene with Barty and her having wild sex in the room with her ex’s corpse then Barty saying he had to clean up the wizarding world, starting with Malfoy. She pulled out another potion bottle then swapped Bella to male with a spell. “You look a little like Sirius, could be worse I guess.” She walked over and placed her hand on Bellatrix’s forehead. “I wonder if I can upgrade your sanity.” She worked on upgrading Bellatrix’s agility, strength, endurance, intelligence and wisdom for a couple of minutes then swapped to upgrading her longevity.

She stepped back to look at the new and improved Bella, ‘he’ looked like a dashing wizard that got a decent though not excessive amount of exercise. “You’ll do.” She cast the spell to harvest Bellatrix’s sperm then cast the gender twisting spell to change her back to female. She pulled a ring of regeneration and eternal nourishment from her inventory and duplicated it twice. She put the original back in her inventory then put one of the rings on the table and slipped the other one on Bellatrix’s finger.

She set the bottle and glove on the table then pulled another cloning potion out of her inventory. She giggled as she duplicated the cloning potion a couple of times. She hit Bellatrix with the first potion then Barty’s female copy with the next then Bella twice then Barty’s copy a couple of times then back and forth until she’d copied each of them half a dozen times which caused the room to feel rather small as there were naked girls sprawled all over the floor. “Let’s see, they’ll need an inbreeding protection spell and maybe a luck spell so they don’t end up as crazy as their parents but this could work.” She cast a basic luck spell then her breeding spell and used the two different bottles of sperm to knock all of the girls up with multiple children. “Okay, if I duplicate a ring for each of you and give you basic memories then twist things so Bellatrix gives up on Voldemort and dark magic in favor of her girls, this could work.”

She spent the next thirty minutes tweaking memories and duplicating clothes and money pouches for the girls then collected her stuff, turned invisible and orbed to Malfoy Manor which she knew the location of thanks to reading Bellatrix’s mind. She frowned slightly as she noticed the dining room was filled with Death Eaters having a meeting. ‘So much for a nice quiet frame job, then again this could still work.’ She hit the middle of the table with a reducto. She cast a blasting curse at Lucius killing him and his wife instantly then cast another at the other side of the table. She pulled Barty’s corpse out of her inventory and tossed him into the air toward the survivors as they turned and looked in her direction. She wasn’t surprised when he took half a dozen curses from the panicked wizards which decently mangled his body.

She briefly considered killing the rest then decided that sneaking out and letting the Death Eaters clean up their mess was better. She carefully snuck out of the dining room then made her way to the drawing room. She used her X-ray vision to look for the secret compartment then dark whispered Riddle’s diary to her hand. She stuck the diary in her inventory then teleported to the vault where Bellatrix had stashed Hufflepuff’s cup. She glanced around the rather impressive vault filled with gold and jewels and other art objects, ‘I’d loot it but you’re going to need the money for the horde.’ She picked up the cup and quickly stuffed it in her inventory. ‘That should be everything.’ She floated an inch off the ground then dark whispered to above Diagon Alley. She pulled her mirror out and jumped back to the ‘present’ hoping that she hadn’t screwed anything up too badly.

Mist stopped walking as he happened to glance at a wizarding paper sitting on the table as he walked past Florean Fortescue's ice cream parlor. He turned and actually looked at the paper so that he could read the article. “Minister Crouch assures the public that Gringotts is perfectly safe despite the break in as the security of unused vaults is more relaxed than filled vaults.”

The wizard sitting at the table with two children said, “Don’t worry, I’m sure the goblins will catch the people that tried to rob them.”

“How long has Crouch been minister?” Paige asked curious why things were different from the books.

The wizard glanced between Paige and Mist. “Eh, your parents don’t discuss politics do they?”

“Not particularly.” Mist didn’t bother to mention that the British Minister of Magic wasn’t that important in America.

“He took over last year when Bagnold retired.”

“Ah, thanks, we should get going.” Mist turned and headed down the street with Paige so that the wizard wouldn’t be able to overhear them. He whispered, “Hopefully one of the history books will tell us what Sin changed.”

“Hopefully things go better without Fudge.” Paige smiled as she spotted Sin making her way through the crowded streets. “Speak of the devil.”

He sighed in relief as he noticed Sin walking toward them with a smile on her face. While he hadn’t been too worried that she’d erase herself from existence, time travel was always a touch dangerous. “Welcome back.”

Sin stopped a couple of feet in front of Mist and Paige. “Mission accomplished, probably.”

Mist glanced around the street filled with people that were paying far too much attention to Sin thanks to her almost supernatural beauty. “We should probably head back to the hotel.”

“Sounds good.” Sin was looking forward to seeing if her trip back through time helped make the world a better place or if she’d screwed things up enough that they’d need to jump to a mirror world.

Mist teleported the group back to the hotel. “Right, what did you change?”

Sin glanced around then sat down in the chair behind her. “I killed Voldemort on Halloween to avoid the whole Boy That Lived shit, told Lily and James Potter about Dumbledore and gave them our address in America.”

“That would explain a lot,” Mist admitted.

“After that I dropped Voldemort’s broken body off in the Minister’s office and went looking for Bellatrix. I found her with Barty and the Lestrange brothers so I moved their magic around a bit, duplicated a female Barty then flipped him back and used a breeding spell to knock up copies of the clone and Bellatrix…” Sin trailed off as she noticed Paige’s look of disbelief. “What? I used telepathy to sort of fix a decent number of her issues and build the clones personalities. Then I killed Lucius and his wife and a half dozen Death Eaters and planted Barty’s body to stage a fight.”

“How did Barty Crouch senior make Minister with a Death Eater son?”

“I removed the dark mark from his arm before I dropped his body at the manor, I’m guessing that the official story was that he came there to end the dark wizard problem and died heroically.”

“What about Bellatrix?” Paige asked.

Sin grinned. “I removed her dark mark and twisted her mind a bit so that she’ll focus her love on the other girls and her children rather than being a foot soldier for a half blood. I also grabbed the cup and diary while I was at it.”

“Did you soul trap Riddle?” Mist asked.

“Nah, I wanted an excuse to kill Quirrel, that stuttering act in the book was annoying.”

Paige shook her finger at Sin. “Bad demon.”

“What? I’ve heard Hermione’s stories, it was horrible and he did it because he’s sick and twisted.”

“Anything else?” Mist asked with a touch of amusement.

Sin shrugged. “I gave Remus, Sirius and the Potters skill talismans to break that gave them protection from seers which should have kept them off Trelawny’s radar over the years.”

“That could explain why Dumbledore never found them. Speaking of Dumbledore, I should probably kill him and Snape sooner rather than later.”

Paige spoke up, “That would give Mcgonagall more time to hire a replacement for Snape. I’m sort of surprised that you didn’t just kill Snape and Dumbledore in the past.”

Sin frowned slightly as she thought about the Hogwarts information package that she ‘remembered’ reading near the start of summer. “I considered it but their names were on the information package we got.”

“Which means you would have been changing your past.”

“Thus why I didn’t,” Sin agreed.

Mist said, “Before we get too crazy we should pass out the plot armor and anti scrying abilities and talk to Umy about a plan to deal with Dumblemort in a way that makes sure he says dead.”

“And Quirrel and Binns. If I’m going to be stuck in a classroom, learning things, I want to have someone useful teaching the class.”

Mist shook his head. “I’m not overly concerned about Binns, if we kill him that just means we’ll actually have to attend the class.”

Paige snorted. “In that case, just consider it a public service for the students that actually want to learn history.”

“In that case, putting him to rest wouldn’t be a bad idea.” Mist pulled his phone out of his pocket and selected Albus’s number then hit enter.

Albus answered on the second ring, “Please tell me we’re going to kill the bastard?”

“Let me guess, you had a chance to read the story?”

“I did, I have to say, I’m not amused.” Albus was far less than amused with his counterpart but he didn’t need to start ranting over the phone.

“How do you feel about replacing your alternate while we hunt down his horcruxes?”

“As long as we kill this version of Severus and cripple the wards, I should be able to pass as my alternate.”

“I should be able to disable the wards or at least adjust them so you’re recognized as the headmaster. I’m at the hotel if you want to teleport back here so we can start planning our assault...” Mist trailed off as Albus appeared in a burst of flames with Fawkes sitting on Albus’s shoulder. “That works.” He closed his phone and stuck it back in his pocket.

Fawkes flew off Albus’s shoulder over to the back of one of the hotel’s chairs.

Paige said, “Nice entrance.”

“Thanks,” Fawkes replied in his rather musical voice as he bowed his head slightly.

Sin spoke up, “We’re going to need to take out Dumblemort, Snape and Moody then deal with the rest of the horcruxes.”

Albus raised an eyebrow at Sin’s nickname then shrugged as he realized he’d rather call the monster anything other than Albus or by his family name. “If we kill both of them, that should trigger Madam Pince’s compulsions to revive Dumblemort. On second thought, if you kill him you’ll have access to his memories which means we can remove the compulsions on Madam Pince before she’s forced to bring him back.”

“It would also give us a chance to track down Moody.”

“What are you planning on doing to Aberforth?” Albus asked warily.

Mist said, “I was thinking about just teleporting the plate out of his head and then healing the damage, same with Ollivander. Umy should be able to deal with the horcruxes he has under Fidelius once she knows where they are thanks to being a seer.”

Paige said, “In that case, we have the start of a plan. Albus makes a skill book for the plot armor perks then we make copies and hand them out to the group. Once that’s done, Mist, Albus and Umy can use the vanishing cabinet to sneak into Hogwarts and deal with Dumblemort and Snape. If you don’t get the location of his various horcruxes then don’t kill Snape, follow him to the location they keep the Horcruxes in and then kill him.”

Albus glanced over at Fawkes. “I shouldn’t have a problem killing Moody, Fawkes can take me to his location once you’ve killed Dumblemort.”

“Shouldn’t be a problem,” Fawkes agreed.

“Most of his other plans are long term backups that he never expected to use which means we should have time to hunt the rest of his horcruxes down.”

“How are you going to deal with his phoenix?” Sin asked.

Paige said, “I’ll grab the sisters and we’ll come up with a spell to free him.”

Albus turned to look at Paige. “Thank you. I’ll work on making skill books for the drop in perks I picked up. We should get the children settled in the Slice of Heaven so they’re safe in case something goes wrong then we can work on killing my alternate in the morning if you can come up with a spell to free Fawkes.”

“I’ll have Prue check the book, if we can’t find something we’ll have Mist or Wyatt use projection to break the binding.” Paige orbed up to the Slice of Heaven to talk with Prue.

Sin smiled at Mist. “Do you need me or should I start relocating the rest of the children?”

Mist said, “Grab a bunch of pizzas from down the street then get everyone settled while we work on skill books.”

“Sounds good.” Sin turned invisible then teleported to the pizza parlour down the street.

“At least she means well.” Mist started working on creating a skill book for his new research perk.

“Agreed.” Albus smiled as he started working on crafting a skill book for his protection from plot armor perk.
