Fix the butt 2 (Patreon)

It was not fine at all. Since the entire skirt was set as a button, so the butt button doesn't work in it. So move skirt button to a deeper level.
I must move also all functions and rewrite all command paths, and further mysterious bugs! I have a migraine. Well these are often the case.
