Fix the butt (Patreon)

The button (detection range) on the butt  was a blue ellipse, but this cause some problem, so I'll change the graphics itself to the button.

However, Touching butt is not available when wearing a skirt, so I'll place new butt buttons also on the skirt. Even a small change can cause bugs because of the complex structure,  but it should be fine.
