Nestled within the elusive realm of the Shadowspan, a place suspended between worlds, lies the enigmatic Mage Lair known as the Archive of Pelokratos. This arcane sanctuary, hidden from the untrained eye, can only be located by those who possess the knowledge of its spectral coordinates within the Shadowbreadth. The Archive has been glimpsed by a select few, notably some divers from the Quentin Bow Society. They claim to have seen the Archive's ethereal shimmer through a planar rift in the ruins of the city of Malyrion, or a random portal of a singularity in the decay of the Westmark. These fleeting glimpses have only added to the Archive's mystique and allure.

The Archive of Pelokratos is the brainchild of Pelokratos, a self-taught and formidable mage. Driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a desire to transcend the limitations of his mortal mind, Pelokratos aspired to the omnipotence of the Anorii. To this end, he created the Archive, an interplanar refuge that serves as a testament to his arcane prowess and ambition. At the heart of the Archive pulses a massive Arcanite crystal. This potent energy source fuels the Archive's ability to pierce the Shadowbreadth, creating pathways to other realms. The First World, or Obscuria, the lightless world, are just some of the possible destinations that can be reached from the Archive. The Archive of Pelokratos is more than just a Mage Lair. It is a symbol of the relentless pursuit of knowledge, the power of the arcane, and the limitless potential of the mind. It stands as a beacon in the Shadowbreadth, a testament to the indomitable spirit of its creator, and a reminder of the mysteries that lie beyond the known realms.
