I've been following InRange for a really long time. Late 2015 if I remember correctly, a recommendation from Gun Jesus in one of his videos. Thank you for the content boss.

Mick Gillen

Hi Karl, I'm watching the Q&A now on t'Tube. I've "liked" it there, does viewing on YT help? Always interesting and informative content plus lots of bang, bang as well. Keep up the good work!

RE: the 10 round enbloc Garand: with all the mini14s gathering dust out there the platform exists-- design and manufacturing of the clip and associated mechanism are problematic.

Thanks for answering my question; I am not sure we have a constitutional representative republic anymore either. That's a concept we discuss quite frequently at my channel. I appreciate your take.

Posted the below on the podcast version but just thought I'd do the same here for visibility. With regards to the camping thing, I think it would be cool to see you cook some kind of campfire meal. Maybe something with historical significance and/or a story behind it. Just talking out my ass here, but for example: "The union soldiers would often make corn mush pancakes like this for breakfast because flour was scarce due to most of the country's wheat being grown in the south"

Robert Socal

About low resolution archives: can you republish it as unlisted content for the patreon? Or first for the patreon, and then, depending on the reaction, make or not make it public?

InRangeTV

Can't hurt! I honestly don't know how YouTube's black box works anymore, but I believe any 'engagement' is useful.

suggested YEARS ago a 556 garand/mini hybrid thing to ruger. plus one on that. one thing would be gunlaws, another cheaper ammo and I am in europe. try to get a garand here... prices skyrocketed! no cmp, of course. 06 ain't cheap either. --had a 22 upper for my ar. bad luck. great accuracy but SO many malfunctions. at least my unit.-- yeah I remember Ian running that russian elcan 1 OR 4x at some match... first I sure want true 1x or at least not higher than 2.0x... maybe a 5 or 6x on the higher setting? have a 1-4,5 leupold older ar series. nobody needs a 2,5x-3,75x-4,1x... . agreed.

Patrick Hockett

Thanks for the cowboy action advice Karl! I love the content and very much appreciate the response to my question.

full30 never worked for me all thaaat well. for now I wouldn't mind rumble but it's gunstreamer and surplused. I don't mind low res one bit if I'm interested about contend. repost stuff IMO.

William Flowers

I’d be happy to watch any of the low resolution archives. Or stuff that you didn’t have time to edit to your liking. It’s great when it looks pretty but doesn’t always have to

William Flowers

i know you said matches don’t get as many views on YT and editing is time consuming but I for one wouldn’t mind seeing some raw footage that you think is worth posting. (I don’t really know what goes into the editing process or how labor intensive it is) The more InRange, the better!!

Anonymous

Is there a podcast of this somewhere too?

Tim Talbot

Random match footage would be great background for Q&A and other occasions that are more "saying" than "showing"

William Flowers

I would love see all the InRange I missed that was on Full30. Maybe upload a few videos a week for the Patreon viewers. I’d be more specific but there’s really not anything on InRange that I don’t enjoy. I don’t know much about computers and hacker stuff but I’ll still listen and try to pick up what I can from it.

William Flowers

IMO InRange, Forgotten Weapons, Bloke, C&Rsenal, 9Hole and the like are the History Channel of the present and future(better in many ways). So any content that was worth making is worth watching/posting. You never know what someone might learn from a particular video(like the blast from a muzzle break on a 5.56 being strong enough to shatter a taillight).

Brock Gouett

Thank you, personally for me in response to the camping question I watch solo or multi day camping videos. There’s no talking, just people making shelters and surviving the night. If you wanted you could just do a quick time lapse of you setting up for campsite and then end with you by the campfire then pan up to the sky. Could be a quick 2 or 3 min video

Michael K Jones

I would appreciate the reposting of all InRange missing content .

Anders Weidik Bendsen

I'm from 55 degrees north. Camping in Arizona would be worthwhile content as it is, for me. But with a dash of old west or civil war stuff sprinkled on top, I'd absolutely love it. 👍🏾

John S Wren

I would certainly be interested in seeing more of the flora and fauna of the beautiful part of the world where you live, camping, hiking -whatever.

Emir Alikadic

What are the Ruger revolvers you got on the table? They're gorgeous!

Mark

Isn't a M14 chambered in 223 just called a Mini14? I know it's not identical but it's plenty close to answer the question.
