Hermione kept an eye out for Filch and the rest of the staff as she made her way through the halls of Hogwarts.

‘Things are only going to get worse. We will need any advantage we can get.’

It felt wrong to sneak around the halls like this in the middle of the night. Every muscle in her body was taut, and felt like it was going to snap. Yet she forced herself onward, cold resolve pushing her forward.

‘Desperate times call for desperate measures and this is certainly those times. With how crazy the past years have gone, I’m sure things are only going to follow that pattern. The fact things haven’t exploded as they have was already a sign.’

In just a few minutes, she would reach the door to the library. Once there, then it would be a straight shot to reach the Forbidden section.

Carefully she opened the door and slipped into it. Her wand gave her just enough light to see the shelves and what was around her.

Footsteps got louder and she held her breath, and she covered the light from her wand.

Right across from the forbidden section, she saw Filch do one last look around before continuing on. She waited a few minutes, ensuring that he wouldn’t come back at the last moment. When he turned down the corridor, she rushed forward, trying to make as little noise as possible.

She entered the section and finally released all the air in her lungs. “Finally.”

Again she looked, making sure there wasn’t one more hidden trap or something. With how much Umbridge had done to try and ensure things went the way she wanted, there might have been more security she wasn’t aware about.

Hermione scoured the bookshelves, looking for anything which could be useful in the war against Voldemort. Most of the subjects there were about creatures from log go.

She went past the books about potions and reagents. ‘At a later time they might have been more useful, but for now we need something for our spell work.’

The mere thought of Professor Umbridge and what she had done, made her blood boil. Her nostrils flared. His arm came rushing forward after the punishment she had decided to inflict on him and the rest of the students. A flash of the long scar on his hand saying ‘I must not tell lies’ appeared in her hand.

‘I never considered murder before, but every time I think of what she had done, the better it seems.’ The whole situation made her scowl the more she thought about it. ‘How can they be stupid enough to think everything will be ok if they just do nothing.’

Every day Voldemont and his forces grew in strength while they remained stagnant because of the ministry. Voldemort’s followers inside, and even the insanity of Minister Fudge’s attempts to stop them and pretend everything was ok. Even the fact they had to deal with the insanity of them sabotaging their school out of fear of Dumbledore was proving to be an exceptional one.

‘I am not going to let us, just be helpless when Voldemort and the rest of the Death Eaters decide to come for us. We have to do something or else. When Voldemort comes, all of us are going to be in his sight, especially Harry.’

Hermione’s face burned at the thought of Harry, and how far he had come from the awkward boy she had first met on the train. He had come a long way since then and his features had refined since then.

With a deep breath she managed to get her wandering mind under control and focus on what she was going to do.

“I’m going to let anyone or anything hurt you anymore Harry if I can help it.”

A heavy weight appeared in her chest and made her bite her lips. Memories rushed forward of all the two of them had been through together. Her face burned at all of the trials they had been through together.

For so long she had wanted to admit her feelings to him, but every time she just couldn’t bring herself to do so. Not with the looks, he had been sending Cho Chang and the ones Ginny had sent his way. Seeing all of the attention others had made her pause in trying to win his heart for herself.

‘And that doesn’t even begin to include the rest of the crazy events that have happened ever since we had.’

From the Ogre, the Basilisk, the Death Eaters, Voldemort’s return, and now the ministry doing everything it can to discredit him.

‘Focus Hermione. Don’t think about your lack of a love live. You came here because you wanted to try, learn, and gather resources for us to practice with.’

Again she scoured deeper in the forbidden section looking for any useful information. She tried to find all of the materials she could when it came to spells.

She stopped when she saw what looked to be a tablet PC of all things. It was hidden behind a glass container, no doubt enchanted to keep it out of someone’s.

“Just what is this doing here? Especially in the Forbidden section of all places?”

Despite all of the time she had spent at Hogwarts and explored this section with the others, this was the first time she had seen this. It was the first time she had seen any sort of technology at Hogwarts outside of what people had brought in.

No way this is one of the students. There’s no reason any of them would put it on display like this. And there is no way this could belong to anyone of the staff at Hogwarts.

‘They have only been around for a couple of years at most. It's far too early for something like this to be around. Not to mention that it doesn’t seem like there is anything magical about it.’

No matter how hard Hermione thought of to explain this to a degree, it didn’t work as a proper explanation. Yet it hardly seemed to matter the more she thought about it.

‘The fact this is here, means it has to be something to make it forbidden, but the only question is, what is it?’ A part of her just wanted to continue on, and search for something which you with more certainty to it, yet she couldn’t bring herself to move on just yet. ‘But something like this has to be magical somehow.’

Hermione placed her hands against the glass, and tried to think of a way that she would be able to get a better look at it and see what information it had on it. ‘Can’t break the glass, or else someone will know I was here. Filch or someone else might hear as well and I would have to leave. And that’s not including any of the magical enchantments the glass might have on it.’

Suddenly the glass containing it disappeared. She looked around, half expecting some figure to come out of the darkness and lap at her. Yet there wasn’t any sign of a figure waiting for her. Oly the shelves stood, and there wasn’t any other sort of light running off them.

“Might as well now that I can touch it.” When she touched the tablet, it came to life as if she had touched the power button. “How long has this been here?”

There was a fresh seen to it, as if someone had grabbed a thing of cleaner and scrubbed every portion of it. With how clean it was, it was as if someone had just taken it out of the packaging.

In the corner of it, she noticed it had a full battery. With how much battery life it had, it had to have been placed here recently, but there weren't any outlets around here to keep it charged. Even then if their was a portable charger it would have been kept with it.

“Not even a sign of fingerprints. Though a cleaning charm might have done that.”

“Hello.”

Hermione dropped the tablet and looked around, her wand raised to defend herself. Despite how hard she looked around, there wasn’t any sign someone had entered the room while she was focused on something else. Seconds dragged out, and her taut nerves loosened.

Again her nerves loosened and she went back to examining the piece of technology. She picked it back up again and began going through its contents, wondering what it would have on it. Inside it was an entire catalog of spells, resources. It was as if she was looking through a database on a computer.

“I don’t recognize any of these.”

“You wouldn’t.”

Again Hermione clenched. The voice sounded like it was coming from everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Still she looked around the room again, trying to find where it might be coming. Just like last time, she wasn’t able to find anyone hiding in the darkness,

“Just a voice in the wind. Your nerves are getting the better of your Hermione. See what’s on it, and then focus on trying to find any other materials that could be of use.”

Some of the terms in it thrown her to a loop. Other parts of it were easy to understand, while other parts went against everything she had learned during her time at Hogwarts. Even creatures she had never seen or heard before were in the book.  Some of the words were underlined, leading to a link as if it was part of a webpage. The deeper Hermione went on it, the more her curiosity grew, along with her disbelief.

“It’s like its referring to a different magical system entirely, but that can’t be right.”

It was rubbish. Why wouldn’t they tell them about this different magical system if it existed? It wasn't like it was a great big secret on this sise of the world. At first, Hermione wanted to deny every little tidbit of the book, but the fact this was here meant it had to have some sort of reality to it.

“It’s all so fascinating.”

“Yeah it is all pretty cool to see isn’t it.”

Again she looked around the room, wand drawn to cast a spell at her watcher. However unlike before, this time she noticed there was someone else in the room with her.

The person was a young lady who looked to be a little older then her with long flowing blonde hair tied up in twin tails. A dark gray neck choker, opera gloves, and a cape-like gown held together by two strings around her neck that mostly covers her chest. Additionally, she also wears a black mini short with a brown belt, stockings, and black thigh-high boots. Her body had a somewhat see-through appearance to it, allowing Hermione to see the shelves behind her.

Hermione blushed at the state of her attire. Yet what caught her attention the most was her voice.

“You…you’re the voice I have been hearing this whole time!”

“Yeah, the moment you touched my Grimoire, it sorta brought me here and woke me up from my nap.”

“Your nap? Were you a student at Hogwarts?”

“No, this is the first time I heard the name for this place.

“And what is your grimoire?”

“This can’t be a grimoire. This looks more like a tablet then anything else.”

“Well its what I used for all of my spells so it’s my Grimore.”

“I didn’t see anything related to spells you can cast.”

“It's in another folder. Here I’ll show you where they are.”

Hermione followed her instructions and went to another page. All of the spells she could find were ones she had never heard of. Next to the name of her abilities was an explanation of how to cast them and what they did.

Could you tell me if I cancast them, or what I’m doing wrong?”

Lieselotte looked over Hermione as she tried to cast the spell with her wand again. Much like last time, she only got a slight fizzle at best. Hermione’s frustration boiled with every failed attempt. No matter how hard she tried to make it happen, the spell refused to form.

“Come on, maybe if I tried this.” Hermione put more thought and emotion into her spell work, hoping this time it would be enough to break whatever barrier is preventing her from casting her magic.

Liese said. “You shouldn’t need your wand for this.”

“What but then how would you perform your magic?”

“From what I can see, it’s a lot easier for you to use your magic when you have it backing you up and acting like a focus.”

Hermione frowned. “Maybe If I were to practice some more and then I would be able to use it.”

“I don’t think I would be able to teach you. From examining our bodies I can tell that our magical powers are just too different. Your magic is set in your ways with how you were trained. It would be going against your bodies instincts when it comes to how you use it.”

Hermione looked away as if she had just been slapped. All of the hope she had vanished in the air like ash.

“There might be another way to do it, but I wouldn’t recommend doing it.”

“What is it?”

“Well…the two of us could merge together. Thus it would give you the ability to use my magic and my skills, but it could change your body as well as a side effect.”

Hermione paused. All of the eagerness she had disappeared as her words bounced in her head. Still the tablet in her hands filled her with hope. Wishing, she could do something a little more than with it. Again, she studied the tablet. All of the spells and secrets it had inside. ‘How much of it would Voldemort would know? Did he even know a fifth of the information inside?

“Why do you want to learn how to use my magic. Seems like there’s a little more to it, then what is going on if you catch my meaning.”

Her mind went to Harry. The second year of Hogwarts came, her petrified and unable to do anything while Harry and Ron were alone. Hearing of what had happened only after Harry had managed to deal with Tom Riddle’s diary. When she had gotten better, she had gotten to see Harry’s injured state.

Tears had welled in her eyes, wondering what might have happened if that had been the last time she had seen Harry.

‘Back then had been the moment, where I started to fall for you Harry. I had so much I wanted to say but I can’t bring myself to do anything, but not this site. This time I will everything I can to ensure you get through this in one piece.’

“Oh looks like you got it bad for this special someone.”

Liese’s words broke through Hermioone’s train of thoughts. Immediately a dark blush formed on her face as she struggled to keep her face calm.

“I need to because no one else with power seemed to be taking this seriously, and want us to be helpless.”

Hermione told her everything. How the ministry was stifling their growth, how they had sent.

Those serving Voldemort were running around, and influencing things further. How the only ones capable of helping them were being forced to do nothing. Even going so far as to hurt those that disagreed with barbaric punishments.

Liese’s expression became serious. Any sense of the playful attitude she had before vanished. Calm fury radiated off of her, her hair seeming like it was whipping about. The cold air warmed.

“I can see why you would be willing to go so far with how stupid those in power are right now. Can’t believe they’re just letting a dark wizard with a kill count just roam around doing as he pleases. That is only going to lead to more people dying.”

“Trust me, I know, but they don’t want to listen. They just want to pretend everything is fine, so we’re on our own.”

“After hearing about all of this. It makes it easy to understand why you would be willing to go so far. But again are you sure about this? Once we do, there is no going back from it.”

Again the thought of Harry going through another crazy year came to the forefront of her mind. It was easy to imagine him getting hurt again. A thin frown formed. The grip on the tablet tightened, her knuckles turning white.

“Let’s do it.”

“Are you sure?”

“If I can help Harry then I want to do it. He’s gone through to much, and there is so much uncertainty that we need every advantage we can get. So that’s why I’m going to agree with this.”

“Alright then. If you’re that certain, I won’t try and stop you. Just pour your magic into my tablet and that will begin the process.”

Hermione did as she was told, bracing herself as much as she could. The tablet in Hermione’s hands glowed again. Unlike before, Hermione’s grip tightened on it. Power flowed into her body, but she didn’t let go. A grin formed on her face as she imagined performing the spells. It washed over her like a wave, making her breath out.

Hermione’s chocolate brown locks brightened, gaining small specks of gold. With every bit of strength she could muster she stopped herself from doing anything. All of the curls it had diminished as it grew. They tickled the small of her back as they continued to grow longer. It finished when it reached the end of her butt.

When it was over, any trace of her previous hair was gone, now there were only the bright golden locks of hair. It continued to trail down her body, until it reached the small of her back.

Hermone saw herself in the tablet, and was shocked to her altered form. Compared to the rest of her face, her appearance seemed bland, or even fake in comparison. The softer locks were

“I never imagined myself as a blonde.”

Even now with the evidence in front of her she found it hard to believe this was her hair. It seemed too good. With how it looked in comparison to the rest of her frame it seemed like an expensive wig.

“Well, you are now. You’ll get used to it pretty quick. Though I think we can add a little more style to it, something to make it stand out a little more.”

The Grimoire glowed at her words. Hermione’s hair floated around. It curled and twisted around itself, like a pair of coiling serpents. Two hair bands appeared  and styled themselves nicely into a pair of twin tails around the side of her head.

Hermione grabbed her now altered hair, frowning at how soft and delicate it seemed. Despite its delicateness it weighed on her head.

“What’s wrong? You not dissing my hairstyle now are you?”

“No it’s just…I never had my hair styled like this in my life.

Well just like anything else, you do it enough you will feel familiar with it. Besides if you’re this thrown off by the hair, trust me we’re going to look even more similar as things progress.”

Hermione looked over Lissette and tried to imagine herself with her frame. Insecurity went through her at the sight of the large bust she had and the prominent ass.

Liese giggled. “Hey, you shouldn’t be jealous of my looks. You’ll be getting them in time. Especially my curves.”

“I wasn’t…I was just…”

More heat overcame her face. As if someone was pulling on her cheeks, she could feel them stretch. She placed her hands on her cheeks. Even the bottom of her chin was forced to adjust to the changes happening to her.

Gone were her original looks. Now Liese’s face stared back at her.

“Oh wow, you think we would be sisters if people saw us right now.”

“We honestly could be.”

Even though she had been confident in her looks, and didn’t care about them, her mind was stunned by her new appearance. ‘I look. I look so…’

Without question, she could have given the likes of Fleur a run for her money. A smile blossomed on her face.

“It’s weird seeing someone else in my reflection instead of myself. It’s almost as if I have drank a Polyjuice potion.”

Hermione noticed Liese’s spiritual form was more ephemeral. It was as if she was a mirage. “Liese, are you alright?”

“I’m fine. I just feel a pull now. To be honest, I’m more than alright. I can actually feel things again. It’s faint, but I can!”

The jubilation she exuded made Hermione relax and smile. Her gnawing anxiety eased. “Well, I hope things get a little better.”

“Hey you’re the one going through the weirder thighs considering your body will be the one changing. It must feel a lot weirder for you then it will for me.”

“Well it’s a little weird, but it could be worse.”

Hermione again looked over Lissette’s body and compared how much further she had changed in comparison to the rest of her body. It was as if she was looking at an older sister with how much further her body had to go.

“It’s because I got a nice curvy body isn’t it?”

Hermione sputtered as she tried to think of something to say. Another assault overcame her body. With every labored breath it became harder to do so. Hermione pulled at the collar of her shirt, her breathing picked up.

“Now just breath, relax, and take it step by step. Brace yourself for the next part and try to take some small bits of enjoyment while you can.”

Hermione bit her lip, the assault on her face becoming more pleasing as the seconds passed. “I…I can’t…what if someone sees me.”

In truth, it was her body which was getting taller. Tightness came through her clothes as she struggled to adapt. Hermione pulled her clothes down and tried to adjust for the change to her frame, but it proved to be fruitless.

Her shirt and jacket continued to ride up her body. With every passing second, they dug a little deeper into every curve of her body. Even her crotch wasn’t spared and she was forced to handle it as best she could. It was as if she had slipped on clothes of a younger sibling then anything else. The button of her clothes felt like they were going to burst off their body and the seams would snap if she tried anything daring.

“This is going to make getting back…troublesome.”

The thought of anyone seeing her like this was enough to make her mind stall as she envisioned them making her stall.

“Don’t worry I got a spell to help for that in a little. Once it’s done then we can just use it on your clothes and poof. Your clothes will be nice and fit on your body properly.”

“Can we speed this up then. I don’t know if my butt or my crotch is suffering more right now.”

“Everything comes at its own pace and this is no different. You can’t rush this sort of stuff, or else you pay the price. You know that is how magic works.”

Her shoes suddenly felt a pressure on them. It was as if something was trying to crush her shoes between them. No matter how hard she pleaded for the pain to cease it only continued to get worse. Hermione leaned against one of the bookcases and struggled to pull off her shoes. The top of her shoes scraped against the soles and top of her feet.

When she finally managed to pull them off, Hermione immediately noticed her feet were a little larger. They maintained their feminine appearance, but now they were far too big for her shoes.

“I’m going to need to use a spell to fix these.”

Yet there was no respite for her as the assault on her legs continued. It was as if someone was massaging them, making sure to caress every part of them. Hermine leaned against the display case, making sure to use it as she explored her body. Her loose calves that she had spent little time trying to maintain strengthened. Slight muscle poked through them which made her jaw drop.

With them finished, her gaze was locked on her thighs as they swelled. The straining seams of her pants exploded off her body, no longer unable to support the pressure on them.

The snap of her hips made her stumble for a moment, as if she had slipped on. She grabbed the table, struggling to keep herself standing. Popping noises kept coming from her lower body. With every pop, the girth of her hips kept widening. Ripping noises came from her pans as the seams gave away, no longer able to support the changes happening to her body any longer.

Hermione ran her hands down her broader hips, unsure what to make of them. With how broad they were now, it was easy to use them as if they were a pair of handhelds. A delightful thrum came from as she massaged them. It was almost too good with how she couldn’t bring herself to stop massaging.

Lissette laughed. “You know there is more stuff coming right? You shouldn’t just focus so much on your hips.”

“Sorry. I just couldn’t help myself.”

“I get you. You’ll be knocking people when this is over. And I’m sure that boy you love will go crazy for you too.”

Hermione’s waist thinned. The slenderness of her midsection became more apparent with every passing second. It was as if someone was running their hands down the sides of her waist. Just like with her hips she brought her hands up and traced them.

The sides of her top hugged her body as it continued to get smaller. With every brush of her digits, the imaginary hands running across her body weakened. Despite how much they weakened, the growing euphoria from her digits was enough to make up the difference for it.  ‘It’s almost like they are letting me take the reins for this part.’

When the other fingers disappeared and Hermione’s had taken over completely, she noticed her waist was no longer changing. Still there was a slight tingle from her new hips and fingers, which made it hard for her to pull her fingers away. With a deep breath, she did so, ignoring the call that demanded she play with them again.

Hermione examined her waist. Before it had a nice trim appearance to it, but now it looked as if her waist had lost half of its original size. Her fingers went in less than they did just a short while ago.

“I look almost like I could be a model.”

“Well what do you expect when you’re getting a body like mine. There aren’t too many out there who can compare with a figure like mine. Well that can’t compare naturally anyway.”

Hermione blushed and looked back down at her chest. For a moment, her eyes went back and forth between her chest and Lissette’s, trying to imagine herself with Lissette’s bust.

“I put a lot of work into making sure my body was as fit as possible. This was no exception. Sure you can rely on your spell work, but that will only get you so far.”

Hermione watched as the muscles in her arms gained a sligh more definition to them. Her already long nails lengthened ever so slightly, matching Lisette’s own. Even her biceps gained a little more definition to them.

“I suppose you're right. I never considered how it might play a role in a fight before.”

“It’s fine. With how useful magic can be, its easy to forget the role how much a person’s body can play in a fight.”

“Now then it shouldn’t be much longer with how far along you are.”

Hermione looked at Lissette and noticed how much more ephemeral her appearance was now. Her spectral visage kept getting more ephemeral, looking more like a mirage rather than a ghost.”

Lissette wiggled her digits. “I keep feeling more. It has been so long since I have been able to feel anything.”

“Do you think you could tell me what might be the net thing to change?”

“No, I’m just as lost as you are on it, but you can’t deny this seems to have been a little fun for you.”

Another surge of heat went through Hermione’s body. She took a deep breath as it settled on her breasts. With every bit of mental strength she had, she tried to brace herself for the next.

Seconds later, Hermione’s small bust expanded. The cleavage of her shirt became more visible the larger it become. Her back muscles strained as her orbs grew. With their increasing weight, she was forced to adjust her posture for their new form. Yet it did little to provide her any comfort.

Her bra struggled against her ballooning bosom. The clip of it dug into her back. With all of her will she managed to grab it and undo it before. Right when it came undone, her breasts bounced from the sudden freedom. Hermione couldn’t take her eyes off her ballooning bust. One of her hands cupped her underboob, the flesh escaping between her fingers.

“How much longer is this going to take?”

“Well you have a comparison right in front of you. Just look at me and you can see how much more you gotta go through before it's done.”

Hermione’s eyes kept darinting between Lissette’s and her own. It wouldn’t be much longer before the were the same size. They finished growing when they had become a large DD-cup to rival some of the finest fruit she had the pleasure of eating.

Hermione grabbed her engorged bosom and hefted the larger orbs. They pulled on her back and settled into a natural tear-drop-shaped perkiness. “They are so…big.”

“You’ll come to enjoy having a large bust like that, trust me. There's so much fun to be had with boobs like that. Having boobs like that also helps get the attention of boys you like.”

Hermione didn’t respond, far too focused on her boobs to think of anything else to say at this moment. Yet her face darkened further at the thought of Harry staring at her new bosom. She tried to recall if someone else had a bust to rival her’s, but she couldn’t. A playful giggle came out. “Harry is going to adore getting a look at these girls.”

Again her pants tightened further around her body making her wince. The already straining seams of her clothes felt like they were trying to strangle the life out of her midsection little results. Every part of them dug tighter into her body. It was as if someone was roughly cupping her behind, as they dug their fingers into her crotch.

RIP! POP!

The back of her pants tore in half, no longer able to stop the growing ass flesh she had. Cold air brushed against her buttocks, making her quiver. The button on the front of her pants went fling, no longer able to remain. Her pants zipper crawled down, exposing some of her struggling underwear.

A headache came over her, right as Lisette disappeared.

Lisette's name resounded through her head as if it was on a loop. Their personalities merging into one being. Memories of the past few years altered as the two merged. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, she had always been in this world. The two of them were one in the same.

“Oh dear. It’s finally over.”

For a moment, she was thrown off the differences in her body, despite the changes to her body. Lisette grabbed the tablet and raised it. Through a combination of their magic, they were able to transform her ruined clothes.

Immediately all of the color on them disappeared as black consumed every bit of their original color. Some of the fabric wrapped around her neck and formed into a black choker. The sleeves of her shirt broke off and formed an opera glove while the rest of it transformed into a cape-like gown held together by two strings around her neck that mostly covered her chest. The uppermost portion of her pants formed into a black mini skirt with a brown belt, while the pants legs turned into stockings and black thigh high boots.

“And now we know for sure that my magic works as it should, the next time Voldemort or one of his goons try something, then they will be in for a rude surprise.”

A sadistic giggle came from her as she imagined their shock. “Now then let’s go see Harry. I think it's time to stake my claim before anyone else does.”

With that she rushed out of the room and headed to the Gryffindor Common Room, mindful to avoid detection. Even if she could blow away any threats the ministry, Umbridge, or anything else that came her way she didn't want to deal with that annoyance if she could help it.

“I have to tell Harry how I’m feeling. Sorry Ginny, but now I’m the one who going to come out on top and win Harry’s heart.”

The thought of how Harry might react made her laugh. No one had ever came to him like

“If I need to use a little more persuasion then I’m sure with my new body I’ll be more than able to wrap him around my fingers.”

Before the end of this school year she was going to make Harry her’s and make sure everyone understood it.
