Starting off the new month with a new comic! As always, to my awesome patrons, thank you for all your support! 💚 I figured it was time to pull another idea from the Idea Submission Pool, so today's comic was based on this submission:

"In that last comic with monas phone, you made her tummy chubbier than usual. I dont have any specific idea for a comic, but I'd love to see more chubby mona in the spotlight"

That said, BLEGLFHJDSH, I made a slight goof-up in this comic, but hopefully my quick-fix isn't too noticeable! I accidentally double-filled the "Shade" layer, so the shadows ended up all jagged and pixelated! The only way I could fix it was to add a soft Blur to the shadow layer to remove the jagginess - hence why all the shadows in the comic look softer than usual. I hope it doesn't look too jarring! I usually only use soft shadows when I make Bonus Panels to give things a soft, "pillow-y" look (to match Mona's massive pillow-y thighs). Anyway, I'll go into a bit more detail on my process in the Timelapse post.

For the moment, I've got a cute idea for the bonus panel, so I'm gonna see if I can get the lineart done tonight, since I might be a little busy tomorrow. Hope your week is passing by quickly! The heat outside is getting pretty brutal, so stay hydrated!
