Yeah I knew I was going to run into this problem. Where Pulsar is already so over-the-top, any kind of limitation I put on him for emphasis on someone else's size is going to seem unusual or out of character. :P But whatever, I did it anyway!

Sorry, just teasing. I think it works just fine here, in this comic. Within this comic's internal progression, we have seen him with the two bowling balls up his butt, but that's probably the most extreme thing thus far. So this line is a good bit of establishing work.

Honestly I think its pretty great to have limitations for him even temporarily in a scenario even if you plan on him surpassing it. Makes for a fun and interesting scenario each time!
