Happy Birdday page 31 (Patreon)

EDIT: I updated this page to show Pulsar giving a thumbs-up. Not sure why I didn't think of that before, but it's exactly what he'd do to let everyone know he's up for another round while still catching his breath. (Also added his shirt, which I keep forgetting to draw, haha.) The attached file has also been updated.
