Getting towards the end now with more arms and fingers. And also wings!

I've been wanting to draw Pulsar with wings for years now. Originally the only reasons I didn't is because they're a pain to draw and they tend to get in the way. But, as a bird, I always thought it would be awesome to have wings. And it makes sense anyway, as a defining bird characteristic. So I decided to take this opportunity with the extra growth and finally give Pulsar wings. I may also do a more normal pic with wings at some point. But for now, I think it's appropriate.
