Slabtown Beth awakes in a hospital in the middle of Atlanta controlled by what's left of the police force. Now she must find a way out while being harassed by both the officer in charge, Dawn Lerner, and one of her deputies.

They show and tell in this episode that Beth was taken by these officers and brought to the hospital to stay. I always thought that the funeral home might have been a stash house for the cops that go out to do runs, they could have attracted walkers to the building and once Beth and Daryl were separated they snatched her. She said everything went dark while she was fighting off a walker, they could have knocked her out. When Beth and Noah were escaping they walked passed cars that had crosses on the back windows to signify the church themed hospital they belong too.
