Equipment Update (Patreon)

You may have noticed over the last few videos I have been moving around camera and microphone positions.  

Finally settled on a new permanent position for the MV7 Studio Microphone I upgraded to last week which has required me to re-juggle the camera setup slightly so that my face isn't constantly cut off the camera. This is now powered by the TC-Helicon GoXLR which is a fabulous piece of kit which allows multiple inputs to be sent across various outputs and also provides a 'Broadcast Live Mix' for live streams extremely easy.

I like to  keep you all updated to show that all your pledges are invested wisely back into the channel to continue to bring you all quality content for the forseeable future.

The next upgrade later this year will be a SONY 4K A6400 DSLR Camera and a 16mm f1.4 lens with a Elgato Cam LINK Capture Card. This will then give a significant upgrade in picture quality whilst producing a nice soft bouquet effect (that's the signature YouTube creator blurry background in case you were wondering)

Now I need to save for the camera as it is not cheap and then find somewhere that actually has them in stock during this worldwide shortage of studio equipment now many are forced to work from home.
