Design Notes #4 - Akumi the Animated Series (Patreon)

Why is she in a bikini here? *SPOILER ALERT*  Because for the first episode, we'll find her on vacation at a beach resort. :)   But it could also be a fun way to do a throwback of her old-school outfit if she puts her boots on. Oh and we get to see her with her hair down which is also a rare event.

As I redraw Akumi over and over, I start to draw her neck and head without any division. It kind of looks cute.  But if this style will translate to cleanup art is yet to be determined.
