Shifter Game Protagonist (Patreon)

So, firstly, this isn't anything new, the first few things I upload here are to show the kind of work that I do, so you can get a feel for what I like to make!

This is concept art for a game idea I had a long time ago. The loose premise of the setting is that it's a fantasy setting with the usual setup of humans and beastfolk. Humans tend to be more technologically advanced, Beastfolk tend to be more in tune with nature and magic.

But there's a third 'race' of sorts - Shifters. They're able to change form between human and beastfolk, or beastfolk to other beastfolk.

The main nations of humans and beastfolk are in a cold war of sorts - not actively fighting each other, but kind of on edge.

Shifters make Humans nervous, because they could be beastfolk spies undercover trying to steal their secrets. Beastfolk vary - some don't really mind them, some think of them as higher beings, and some of them think they're reprehensible.

The main character here is a human shifter (he can become either a boarman or a wolfman) who lives in a small human town, and uses his shifting powers to hunt and forage food for his family, and to sell for money. His family and the town at large don't know about his abilities, and he'd rather keep it that way.

This was just me playing around with outfit ideas for him.
