Here we go, good old, classic wrench-fest episode on the E39 M5 :D

Had a few things to do so I decided to make a video on it. Along the way, I found some surprises and it turned out to be more work than I planned, but it made for more content which is great.

Naturally, we finish off with Autobahn and countryside driving.

Regarding the Alpina, I stripped N62B44 engine down to the bare block and found some very interesting stuff in regards to the Alpina H1 block. That'll be the next video, hopefully in a few days.

Servicing & Driving an Icon - The BMW E39 M5

In this episode, we are working on my favorite car, the E39 M5. We start off with an oil change, but find a leak from the oil pan and along the way a few more things. We are replacing the oil pan gasket, water pump, thermostat, valve covers, fuel pump, trunk badge and installing monoballs in the thrust control arms. Followed up with high-speed driving on the Autobahn and hitting some lovely German countryside roads.
