Vanilla Plus - Expanded Community Lots (Patreon)

Because this is the first one of a series I mean to do to expand upon the community venues offered by the game. Vanilla Plus are mods meant to blend seamlessly with Vanilla game without standing out as modded content. There is no overcomplicated micromanaging.

All my mods are more or less "Vanilla Plus" because I'm a Vanilla player, but these in particular are studied to be.

Maxis oldest community lots are boring and mostly useless, they haven't touched or improved them much from the launch of the game and this is where I step in.

The mod is separated into modules already, with the idea of adding more as I go and making them stand-alone.

(Since I'm constantly updating my mods and I've always had an hard time keeping track of it, I decided to switch to this method of uploading and keeping track of it on Drive and only notifying the big updates when really required. In time I'll switch older mods to this new system too.)

EXPANDED GYM

Context: Mortimer Goth got really fat while I was playing to test other mods and I remembered I wanted to work on this mod back in December while I was making the Policies one, then I had dropped the idea.

In Brief:

This mod makes the Gym more interesting by blocking access until you pay to use the equipment and adding a Gym Membership system to the game along with a Gym receptionist to the venue. Add to the Gym a Computer and the Front Desk from Get To Work and the receptionist will use it, but Get To Work shouldn't be required for the mod to work as the role doesn't really need the front desk.
