This is to hide the Spellcasters even further. 

It's always been weird to me that anyone can walk through the Portal in Glimmerbrook like if nothing, so I restricted it to Spellcasters only.

Other Sims will get only an "examine" interaction and the option to ask the resident:



Basically it adds a small quest to get inside, if they know you well enough and are Spellcasters they'll invite you in for 3 days, after which you'll need to asks another pass. 

Only the Sages when in the Realm can grant you permanent access. 

Sages and Witches can also grant access to anyone when played. The Sages can also remove it.

After the secret and becoming an occult the random occurrences still happen to my sim. What am I doing wrong? Did I miss an interaction ?

I think there's an issue in how the secret thing works. So far I've tested on 3 different starts, and while none of them have the hidden trait (I think?), and none of them exhibit the special text when examining the portal, they still suffer the same paranormal events as if they had the trait (flickering lights, broken stuff, etc), all 3 of them, and all 3 of them were made spellcaster without the Initiation stuff (as if they had the trait) and recieved strong bloodlines. I checked and re-checked: None of them had the trait, but all of them were treated as if they had. Is this normal? Or my game is just screwed?

The trait is hidden, the name is Zero:trait_WitchOccult_DormantWitch you can't see it in the UI, you need MCCC to look for it. If they don't have the trait they don't have the powers because they're tied to the trait.

Also check if the sim has Zero:trait_WitchOccult_NoDormantWitch, there was an issue with this trait, not the other. Anyway it's fixed now, but get it from Drive, Patreon is being an arse and not allowing me to upload files right now, I'll update the file in this post later, thanks for reporting
