All Vampires smaller mods in one post:

Emotional Damp Fix: Maxis didn't add the new scared emotion to this vampire power.

Mind Powers: Burst Of Fear: same, Maxis didn't go back to add a vampire power to manipulate the scared emotion.

Club: No Ask Plasma: pisses me off that when you activate Drink From Sims as a club rule, the members of the club ask other sims nicely. They'll drink, without asking... they're vampires!

Death Before Turning: no spinning turn... they'll drop dead for 30 to 60 minutes, and will wake up changed.

Harder Vampires: higher cost for powers and less XP gain 

Night Creatures: changes the Day Phobia weakness, removes the tense mood from it, they'll not be tense but their power will drain fast by day.

No Good Vampires Night time Bite: good, compassionate and regained humanity vampires will not intrude in homes by night to drink from sims (the situation has been removed by maxis but there is a mod to enable it again)

No Pipe Organ Buff: can't have a bloody pipe organ at home without vampires getting inspired by just being around it... the fuck!

No Vampire Initial: Vlad (or his replacement) will not call or visit unless you live in haunted house (this is the introductory situation of the Vampire pack)

No Vampires Ring Door Bell: vampires will not randomly come at your door, unless you live in haunted house.

Pass Out Animation Replacement: replaces the stupid pass out animation of the vampire drink with the more serious collapse from the cauldron (similar to the death one)

Plasma Fruit Penalty: vampires will not be allowed anymore to live only on plasma fruit and packs... after a while, they'll get weak. Only regained humanity vampires are excluded from having this penalty. 

Scared By Vampires: assisting to a vampire drink will scare sims (this is not needed if you have the last version of Vampires Can Kill, and it conflicts with it)

Scared Snacks: changes the unwilling snack buff mood to scared 

Sickness Immunity: vampires shouldn't get sick... this uses Maxis system, so they'll probably get critically sick before becoming immune.

Temperature Immunity Toggle: allows to toggle the temperature immunity for vampires on and off. Needs the xml injector.

Withered Stomach No Grab Food: attempts to stop vampires with this weakness from autonomously eating food.

Seriously, how the F*** do you find the time to make all this stuff! You are a MACHINE!!!! Thank you so much for all you do - I seriously wouldn't want to play vampires or witches AT ALL without your mods.

How about if Withered Stomach vamps DID NOT get sick from eating Plasma Fruit Salad? This (personally) never made sense to me. It SHOULD be the only "regular food item" withered stomach vamps CAN eat. Shouldn't even be LABLED as a regular food item as only vampires can safely eat it anyway, and non vampires typically with auto-eat it so it must be somehow labeled as a regular food item somewhere. Also vampire children getting sick from Plasma Fruit. While yes as children their vampire state has not kicked in yet and they don't yet have a thirst bar to fill, it sucks having a vampire family and the children have to ONLY eat regular food. Or worse when the vampire parents make a big ass 8 serving bowl of it in the fridge for themselves, the idiot vampire children will ALWAYS grab it (instead of FOOD meals that are in the fridge for them). Then begins the puke fest all over the bathrooms. It just seems like if the vamp kids are going to eat mommy and daddy's plasma fruit salad autonomously before food, would be nice if it didn't make them sick. Able to eat/drink both food and plasma fruit stuff. Just an idea....

New here, sorry, can you point me in the direction of the mod that reactivates the situation of vampires intruding at night to drink from sims? A quick Googling didn't turn up anything obvious. Thank you!

Hey, it seems like the no-temperature-immunity doesn't work anymore, which is a bummer cause I was so excited to finally find a mod like this. I can toggle it but nothing changes, my vamps can run around outside in summer clothes for hours, not freezing at all. XML injector is updated and working, I even tried a completely new save with no other mods than these two and a fresh Sims 4 folder. Would be amazing if it gets updated :D

I have a suggestion/Request. I think it would be cool if vampires regenerated more energy by sleeping in coffins than by sleeping in beds, regardless of whether they had the trait where they could ONLY sleep in coffins. What do you think of this tweak idea?

Can't say honestly. Vampires energy is controlled in a very peculiar way, it doesn't naturally go up or down, different vampires traits and perks affect how fast energy is lost and gained. Doing it would mess with vanilla system in a way I'm not sure I would like.

You said vampires breaking in at night situation was patched out? Is there a mod to fix that?

I like this a lot! I especially like the not asking to drink, sims "dying" before transforming into vampires, and plasma-drained sims collapsing properly. Super cool stuff, thank you!
