Auto Play Only Children: restricts some autonomous behaviour of Seasons (and not only) to children, teens, toddlers, childish and insane sims only including: swing, play in puddles, play in leaf pile, play with snow, water balloons (this is enabled for YA too), play in trash, play in dust pile, play in fountain, play with sprinkler. Autonomous only, can still be user directed.

Toggle Decorations: allows to take down decorations stuck in non owned lots way after the holydays are over. This is a debug option and needs the xml injector. To find the interaction, enable testingcheats on an shift-click on the terrain 

Faster Seasonal Fight: throwing snow, waterballoon and mud will be faster

Fewer Surprise Holidays: longer cooldown before they pop up again

No Pool When Cold: sims should not autonomously get in the pool when cold outside

Umbrella Tweak: if you play on rotation you know: it doesn't matter how many times you pick an umbrella, when you leave a family and go back to it, chances are that the umbrella got replaced with the standard black one. This prevents the game from removing the chosen umbrella to replace it with the black one when a sim already has an umbrella. 

Lightning Strike Chances Reduced: 

The odds of becoming a lightning victim in the U.S. in any one year is 1 in 700,000. The odds of being struck in your lifetime is 1 in 3,000.

I know you put the death by lightning in game Maxis, there is no need to show off... these things are supposed to be rare!
