I caught him again... I don't know why Maxis keeps adding ghosts situations... anyway, this removes the ghost walkby you can see around the art University... not the ghost stalkers though, I still have to mess around with the secret society

UPDATED:

08/29 Some Ghost were escaping my attempt to remove them. I should have removed them all now.

yup, that's him... I like it in some saves, but not in all of them. Someone told me that if you join the secret society then ghosts will stalk you.
