Apr 22 - Rendering has begun! Fluid motion looks pretty good but I forgot to render an animated preview before beginning rendering, so here's some images instead!
I'll also be rendering a version without fluids, for angles where that makes sense to do.
I'm expecting rendering to take around two days total. Gonna work on something else in the meantime!

Apr 18 - Final pre-fluid previews for all 4 angles! Getting started on fluids after posting this. If it ends up seeming like it'll look better without fluids, I'll just start the render! I refuse to get stuck! Aaaaaahhh!!!

Apr 13 - Alright! New animated preview as well as a look at some additional camera angles!
 Changed up some stuff like hair color, fixed some more errors (like dvas missing eyebrows. I was wondering why the last preview felt off...)
Not all angles will necessarily be used, but I'll certainly try to make them all work.
Gonna try to quickly finish up the variation part and do physics for next preview.

Apr 09 - I'm having really hard time with this one for whatever reason, but I've got most of the hurdles out of the way. Oddly enough I ended up going back to the old hairstyle since the others looked pretty questionable from this angle.
Now that most of the technical difficulties are out of the way I should be able to move forward pretty easily!
Gonna extend/add variation/refine the animation, and maybe experiment with the hair color for next preview. I feel like this is one of those animations that will really shine once the physics get added, so I think I'm gonna try to race forward toward that point!
(side note, I may redo the lighting. not sure if it just needs tweaks or a full redo just yet)

Apr 04 - Still setting up the scene and lighting, but I've got a basic loop started! I'm trying to model the movement off of that old Ank*a animation.
Gonna work on lighting and scene stuff next, so the next preview should be properly rendered!

How is such smooth physical collision achieved?

I assume you mean the lips? The lip bones are connected to the cock with a shrinkwrap modifier, and the dva mesh has a corrective smooth modifier on the lips to fix any strange deformations.
