This topic is quite fascinating. I totally don't get it. I still don't understand the difference between schizophrenia and schizotypal personality disorder, but it's interesting that there is a need to make a distinction between them.

Yeah. You'll get different explanations from different experts. In my opinion, all personality disorders (aside from antisocial) have a factor of relational trauma that creates the underlying schema. Schizophrenia is generally considered a functional abnormality of the brain.

I can appreciate your expertise but I truly wish you would keep your politics concealed. I have a pretty clear idea of where you stand politically, and I shouldn’t.

Yeah, sorry. I try to keep politics out of it, but some topics rise above so-called politics. It's not "political" to acknowledge racism, climate change, human rights, etc.
