Great episode! I was thinking though, the Turing Test does not imply consciousness, and isn't it true that a computer can be very intelligent but in a way foreign to human understanding, or that humans are foreign to its understanding, so that it can do spectacular things though not imitate a person? Ah, and yes, serendipity begins with the letter...? Oh shoot, I didn't finish the episode.

I loved this podcast. First, I loved Devs so you talking about it, had me hooked instantly. Plus I'm a geeky girl who researches other worlds and dimensions/energy sources and loves science fiction TV. Quantum and Molecular mechanics are always coming up. Hearing others opinions is fascinating. Thanks for a stellar episode! And of course, Serendipity starts with the letter S - (like Seattle).
