Fixes: Logo Shorts & Female Chest Colors (Patreon)

This update contains fixes for two issues:

1) The heavy waistband line on the athletic shorts.
I made it heavy on purpose to counteract a weird graphics glitch I was seeing in game - and it worked, but it was a bit ugly.  I found a way around the original glitch without adding the dark line, so I've updated the file. If you prefer the look of the original shorts (left in the pic above), just don't download this update.

2) The female nipple color overlays were accidentally enabled for male sims.
It wouldn't be much of a problem, except the colors were in the completely wrong place on the male chest (due to texture layout differences). The updated file disables them for male sims, since they have their own nipple color overlays.
