Inspection Impending (Patreon)

Hey besties! Last writing update I told you about a home offer we put in for a VT place & WE GOT OUR OFFER ACCEPTED! I haven't shared anything about it anywhere but here just because us buying it is contingent on the home inspection, so it doesn't really feel like we 100% got the house yet. FINALLY we didn't have to waive inspection to get our offer accepted though! YIPEE! The house needs a lot of work, so I also haven't shared about it because if the inspection results are good THEN we'll move forward to closing, but if it's bad we still have the opportunity to negotiate the price down or pull out of the contract. Just giving you guys a secret behind the scenes update of why we're in Vermont currently! We'll be here until Thursday & once our inspection is over we'll head back home with *hopefully* good news!
