Thanks for tuning in to this unusual posting of this week's sketchdump. :'D I wasn't expecting such a supportive response on my vacation post, so thank you so much for your understanding, you're absolute angels! TTuTT It was really nice taking a break and seeing old friends and I think the experience made me eager to approach art in a new way! ^o^ I got to stay at my childhood home and look through a lot of manga series that inspired me growing up and I feel inspired to express myself more truly and wholeheartedly through art. :3 

Above: Practicing water/beach scenes! I truly felt in over my head with this subject, water is so hard to draw? Half of the time I can't even make sense of which direction the water is moving in, which makes it hard to determine light source and shapes. @_@ Nevertheless! I like a challenge and am determined to keep practicing! >:O

Saw an enormous pink bunny backpack and knew I had to draw D.Va wearing it. U( ÒㅅÓ)U

Playing around with greens some more! It's still such a tricky color to me, but I wanna use it so here we are! 

Phos from Houseki! :D I'm not familiar with the character or the series, but the character looked so interesting I had to give it a try. I realize my rendition of her looks a lot like Lapis from SU haha. ^^;;

Drew my nameless OCs again! *-* Y'all left a bunch of really great suggestions for names awhile back, I'm just taking my time coming to a decision~ 

Jodariel from Pyre! Again, it's my first time learning about this title, but those horns drew me in. *_* Any chance I get to draw horns I'll take it.

A sketch that quickly turned into a drawing of Utena and Anthy. Aaaa Revolutionary Girl Utena is one of my favorite series, the concept alone is just so cool? If you haven't watched it before I highly recommend it! It's a beautifully crafted series with a lot of heart.
