Today's post is scheduled since I'll be taking the day off. ^^ Can you believe this is officially the last weekly sketchdump of 2017? Next time we sketchdump it'll be the new year! It's weirding me out to think about it. Anyway, I don't want to get too sappy in this post because trust me I have one of those planned before the end of the year so let's just get into these sketches! 

Above: Kiki is probably my favorite Miyazaki character. I always felt like I connected with her most out of all his movies. Even though she's a teenager and most of her problems are framed in a way that coincide with her lack of experience, her feelings of uncertainty and loneliness are something that everyone can understand. 

Two of my favorite teen idols, Hatsune Miku and D.Va, but outfit-swapped! :D There's this art meme going around where you design a new character based off of your 9 favorite characters. I haven't done it yet, but simply thinking about it I can already see a theme. 

I found this Sailor Moon selfie stick that was sooo cute I had to draw Miss Moon herself using it! 

Some miscellaneous doodles. I'm still struggling a bit with my style (I feel like it lacks consistency at this time), but that's okay! Just gotta keep drawing. ^^

I looooove strawberries from their taste, their shape, to their colors, they're a grade A fruit!
