Swamp Thing has no less than five attempts at adaptation under his Louisiana belt ... and none of them are considered to be terribly successful. Naturally we have to ask the question: WHY!??!?!?!?!?!?!?

Also the original series from USA in the 90s has become a cult classic especially in Europe. Just started The new show and I've been enjoying it. This one is done better and its a shame it got cancelled. The original series had three seasons.
