First tutorial of the year and I'm already late :3

But here it is! The theme is <1 pixel movement, or how some people call it subpixel animation. Well, since moving less than one pixel is impossible this is actually a tutorial on how to make animations as subtle and delicate as possible.

In my opinion this is probably one of the hardest things to do in pixel art, so my main advice is: go slow and practice a lot. And don't worry, this thing is hard to get right, usually I restart my animations many times when trying to do this, I think it's normal. Well, I hope so.

Yes, the fade I mention does NOT use transparency. I meant something like putting colors manually while trying to keep the color count as low as possible. I think the example I gave probably had too many colors, but I only used colors inside the palette.
