Here's this weeks tutorial and it's about drawing cute stuff!

Drawing cute characters is not really my specialty but I put some guidelines of what I usually think when trying to draw cute characters. Just remember that there are many different ways to achieve this cute effect, this tutorial show only the way I usually work.
