You definitely know who Tarkin is..but I think letting this play out is better than explaining it.

So it's really understated, but Fives and Echo are with them. They're wearing their Arc Trooper Armor now. Their designs are similar to their designs in Season 3 Episode 2: Arc Troopers. Fives has the upside down blue crescent moon shape on his helmet and Echo has the lines on his helmet and the handprint symbol on his chest. They both have the Kamas that all Arc Troopers wear. Rex also happens to wear it because he actually does have some Arc Trooper training. I'm guessing the Citadel was created by the Jedi before it was taken over by the Separatists, as it was originally intended to hold rogue and fallen Jedi.
