Quinlan Voss, the Jedi who helped Obi Wan, was also mentioned as the jedi who wrote on the walls in the Kenobi show. Apparently he also gets with Ventress after the clone wars, but my memory's foggy on that one.

Not after the war, moreso towards the end in a novel. That whole storyline was originally meant to be an arc in Clone Wars, but they couldn’t do it because it (along with some other stories) got cancelled around the time Cartoon Network lost the license to air more episodes.

Quinlan Vos is originally from the comics. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out some time. His story and the Clone Wars era in the comics start with Star Wars: Republic issue 49. You can find it in the "Star Wars Legends EPIC Collection: The Clone Wars" Vol. 1. He's a fantastic character with some great stories!
