Thank you! As a teacher, I've been trying to get my students to care about their mental and physical health during this. This video almost makes a game out of it, and I think it'll help simply communicate the message I've done a poor job spreading.

The “See you on Earth, Captain.” Just really got me in the feels. It had just the effect Grey was aiming for. Like a snap to remind me that I was in charge. Because if anything, this pandemic has stripped me of my agency. I’m living in my mom’s basement because I was fired for getting sick, then my potential job in Japan fell through, then my 3 cats died all of old age one after another (they had grown up together), and now I cannot go anywhere because if pandemic. It’s been real rough, but thanks Grey, for helping me focus.

if you skip to 54 minutes then there begins the 'real' directors commentary...but having myself edited in NLEs like Final Cut (Vegas Pro), and tried to present live without preparation the first 54 minutes of this where Grey gets it going was fun and interesting to me too
