Finally, we're at the end of the bridle meshes I had pre-prepared. I'm going to make a bridle request post as promised but give me some time because I have to get it all formatted in a way that makes sense and I'm pathologically bad at organization. 

Expect November to be leg protection and Akhal-Teke tack. That's what I'm feeling as of now. 

In this post:

  • 1. Western bridle: Standard browband & basic Dee bit

Warning: bridles are high poly. I don't have the same skill as Maddie to comfortably make a high and low poly version. They are all at least half the face count as they originally were, but if you're running Sims 4 on a literal potato, there may be issues.

As with all our meshes, do feel free to edit the textures as long as you link back to us, follow TOU, don't monetize edits, etc.

As noted previously, the bit parts will deform. On some horses, fairly little. On others, a lot. If/when I discover a better way to address this, I will update. The alternative is to not have the bridles change at all with different head shapes and that's worse, in my opinion.

*This bridle in particular is very high poly. It wins the award of highest face count of all my bridles. If you are wanting to use these on horses with very dished faces, I'd suggest skipping this one since the longer bits distort in an ugly way and then you can save yourself some load time. It does look nice, though. It's the curb chain and the knot in the browband that cause the high face count--consider requesting the browband with a circular bit if you like it once requests are open.
